前記男性用下着の前立て開口部に対応する部位に、前記前立て開口部に沿って前記男性用吸収性物品の一部が左右に分割された前開き部が形成されるとともに、前記前開き部で分割された一方側分割部の前記不透液性裏面シートの外面側に粘着剤層が形成され、他方側分割部の前記不透液性裏面シートの外面側に粘着剤層が形成され、
前記一方側分割部に形成された粘着剤層が、前記男性用下着の表側前立て部及び裏側前立て部のうちの一方に貼着され、前記他方側分割部に形成された粘着剤層が、前記男性用下着の表側前立て部及び裏側前立て部のうちの他方に貼着されており、
