Claims (3)
- 直流電圧電源(2)と少なくとも1つの負荷(3)との間に介在し、1次電気伝導体(11)と2次電気伝導体(12)とを含む直流電気回路遮断スイッチ組立体(1)であって、前記1次電気伝導体(11)を用いて、前記電源(2)の1次端子(21)は、各前記電気負荷(3)の1次端子(31)と電気的に接続可能であり、前記2次電気伝導体(12)を用いて、前記電源(2)の2次端子(22)は、各前記電気負荷(3)の2次端子(32)と電気的に接続可能であり、前記スイッチ組立体(1)の前記1次電気伝導体(11)は、互いに並列に接続された2つの分岐(111、112)を備え、第1の分岐(111)は、溶融部材(41)を伴う電気ヒューズ(4)を含み、第2の分岐(112)は、遮断部材(51)を伴うだけではなく、アクチュエータ(52)も伴うパイロスイッチ(5)を含み、前記遮断部材(51)は、前記パイロスイッチ(5)を通って伸長する前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)を遮断することができ、前記アクチュエータ(52)は、各電気回路内の電流値を監視するのに適したセンサから、または少なくとも1つの物理的特性を監視するのに適した、前記スイッチ組立体(1)が一体化された任意の装置内の所望の各場所で利用可能な任意の他のセンサから受信した電気インパルスを用いて、中に含有される少なくとも1つの化学反応物が爆発することによって前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)が遮断されるために、前記遮断部材(51)の適切な動きを確実にすることができるスイッチ組立体であって、前記パイロスイッチ(5)は、前記遮断部材(51)を用いて前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)が遮断されず、かつ前記遮断部材(51)が前記2次電気伝導体(12)から十分に離れた距離で保持される前記遮断部材(51)の第1の位置、すなわち、最初の位置から、前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)全体にわたり前記電気回路が遮断され、かつ前記遮断部材(51)が前記スイッチ組立体(1)の前記2次電気伝導体(12)と電気伝導性接触で保持される前記遮断部材(51)の第2の位置、すなわち、ずれた位置の中に、前記パイロスイッチ(5)内部で移動可能なそのような遮断部材(51)を備えることを特徴とするスイッチ組立体。
- 前記遮断部材(51)は、機械的に遮断可能であり、かつ前記遮断部材(51)の初期位置から前記遮断部材(51)の前記第2の位置まで移動可能な、前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)の一部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチ組立体。
- 前記1次電気伝導体(11)の前記第2の分岐(112)を通る前記電気回路が遮断される前記遮断部材(51)の前記第2の位置、すなわち、前記ずれた位置にある前記遮断部材(51)は、前記スイッチ組立体(1)の前記2次電気伝導体(12)と電気伝導性接触で保持され、その結果としてさらにまた各前記負荷(3)と、さらにまた前記直流電圧電源(2)の前記2次端子(22)と電気的に接触して保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスイッチ組立体。
