Claims (7)
- 同軸状の積層された内面層と外面層との間に、3層または4層の補強層が同軸状に積層されていて、前記内面層が、90℃における乾燥水素ガスのガス透過係数が1×10 -8 cc・cm/cm 2 ・sec.・cmHg以下の熱可塑性樹脂から成り、ホースを流れる流体が水素ガスである高圧ホースにおいて、
それぞれの前記補強層の編組角度が50.5°以上57°以下の範囲内に設定されていて、それぞれの前記補強層の編組角度を平均した平均編組角度が53.5°以上55.5°以下であり、外周側の補強層になるに連れて前記編組角度が大きく設定されていて、最内周の前記補強層を構成する補強線材の破断伸びが3.0%以上4.0%以下、破断強力が500N以上であり、最内周の前記補強層の次に外周側に積層されている第2補強層および第2補強層の次に外周側に積層されている第3補強層を構成する補強線材の破断伸びが2.0%以上3.0%未満、破断強力が500N以上であり、ホース内圧がゼロから破壊圧に至るまで、それぞれの前記補強層の負担内圧が、それぞれの前記補強層の負担内圧を平均した平均負担内圧の±5%の範囲内に収まることを特徴とする高圧ホース。 - それぞれの前記補強層が編組密度を70%以上にしたブレード構造または編組密度を90%以上にしたスパイラル構造である請求項1に記載の高圧ホース。
- すべての前記補強層がブレード構造である請求項2に記載の高圧ホース。
- 最外周の補強層を構成する前記補強線材が金属線材であり、最外周以外の補強層を構成する前記補強線材が高強度繊維である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高圧ホース。
- 前記高強度繊維がポリパラフェニレンベンズビスオキサゾール繊維である請求項4に記載の高圧ホース。
- 前記金属線材の線径が0.25mm以上0.40mm以下、前記高強度繊維の線径が0.25mm以上3.5mm以下である請求項4または5に記載の高圧ホース。
- 前記内面層の層厚が0.5mm以上1.5mm以下であり、内径が4mm以上12mm以下である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の高圧ホース。
