Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る二方弁10について、図1〜図5を参照しながら説明する。二方弁10は、一次側ポート20および二次側ポート22が形成されたボデイ本体12と、ボデイ本体12の上部に連結されるボンネット14と、ダイヤフラム弁16と、ピストン18とを含む。ボデイ本体12とボンネット14はバルブボデイを構成する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る二方弁90について、図6〜図8を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態は、ダンパ部材およびその周辺の構造が第1実施形態と異なる。なお、第2実施形態に係る二方弁90において、上述した二方弁10と同一または同等の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- 一次側ポートと二次側ポートの連通状態と非連通状態を切り換える二方弁であって、
前記一次側ポートと前記二次側ポートが設けられるとともに内部に弁座部を有するバルブボデイと、前記弁座部に対して接離可能となるように前記バルブボデイ内に支持されるダイヤフラム弁と、前記ダイヤフラム弁を変位させる駆動機構とを備え、
前記ダイヤフラム弁は、前記弁座部の平坦な着座面に接離可能な厚肉状の本体部と、前記バルブボデイに支持される外周部と、前記本体部と前記外周部とを接続する薄膜状のダイヤフラム部とを有し、
前記本体部には、前記着座面に対向する環状突起部が設けられるとともに、前記環状突起部の背後に環状凹部が設けられ、前記本体部の前記環状突起部の近傍が薄肉状となっており、前記環状凹部に弾性部材が装着される二方弁。 - 請求項1記載の二方弁において、前記弾性部材は円筒状に形成され、前記弾性部材の外周面と内周面は前記環状突起部から離れるほど互いに近接する方向に傾斜するテーパ面となっており、前記環状凹部の壁面と前記弾性部材との間には、前記環状突起部から離れるほど広くなる隙間が設けられている二方弁。
- 請求項1記載の二方弁において、前記ダイヤフラム部に面接触して前記ダイヤフラム部の湾曲を規制する弾性支持体が設けられている二方弁。
- 請求項1記載の二方弁において、前記環状突起部が同心状に複数設けられている二方弁。
- 請求項1記載の二方弁において、前記駆動機構は、前記ダイヤフラム弁に連結されるピストンを含む二方弁。
- 請求項5記載の二方弁において、前記ダイヤフラム弁が閉じる方向に移動する前記ピストンに当接するダンパ部材が前記バルブボデイに設けられる二方弁。
- 請求項6記載の二方弁において、前記ダンパ部材は皿ばねから構成される二方弁。
- 請求項7記載の二方弁において、前記環状突起部が前記着座面にちょうど到達するとき、前記皿ばねによる前記ピストンを押し返す力が極大値をとる二方弁。
