The rack transfer device 21 includes a vertical movement unit 21F that moves the rack 20 up and down, and also includes a moving unit that moves the rack 20 in parallel.

The cleaning liquid stored in the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 may be any liquid as long as it can decompose the oil component and maintain the cleaning ability in the regeneration process of evaporation and liquefaction, for example. , Hydrocarbon solvent and the like can be used.

For the plurality of cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12, the cleaning liquid is sequentially sent from the downstream side cleaning tank to the upstream side cleaning tank, and the cleaning liquid of the most upstream side cleaning tank 10 is regenerated to regenerate the most downstream side cleaning tank. The cleaning liquid regeneration circulation unit 2 to be sent to 12 is provided. In the illustrated example, the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2 includes a cleaning liquid tank 14, a regeneration pot 30, and a liquefier 31.

Further, the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2 has a cleaning liquid flow path 54, 55, 56 for returning the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning tank 12 to the cleaning tank 12, and a cleaning liquid flow path 52 for sending the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning tank 12 to the cleaning tank 11. , 44, the cleaning liquid flow path 51, 52, 44 that returns the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning tank 11 to the cleaning tank 11, the cleaning liquid flow path 45 that sends the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning tank 11 to the cleaning liquid tank 14, and the cleaning liquid tank 14. The cleaning liquid flow paths 41 and 46 for returning the cleaned cleaning liquid to the most upstream cleaning tank 10 and the cleaning liquid flow path 40 for sending the cleaning liquid discharged from the drainage port 10A of the cleaning tank 10 to the cleaning liquid tank 14 are provided.

Further, the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2 includes a cleaning liquid flow path 42 that sends the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning liquid tank 14 to the regeneration kettle 30, a vapor flow path 60 that sends the vapor that evaporates the cleaning liquid in the regeneration kettle 30 to the liquefier 31. It is provided with a cleaning liquid flow path 43 that sends the cleaning liquid liquefied by the vessel 31 to the cleaning tank 12 on the most downstream side.

Further, each of the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 takes out the cleaning liquid stored in its own tank and discharges it from the side of the rack 20 toward the opening W1 of the object to be cleaned by the cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S and 12S. It is equipped with a cleaning liquid flow path for shower cleaning. Specifically, in the cleaning tank 10, the cleaning liquid in its own cleaning tank 10 taken out through the cleaning liquid flow path 40 and the cleaning liquid sent from the cleaning tank 11 via the cleaning liquid flow path 45 are sent to the cleaning liquid tank 14. The pool and the cleaning liquid are returned to the cleaning tank 10 via the cleaning liquid flow paths 41 and 46, and are discharged by the cleaning liquid shower 10S via the cleaning liquid flow path 50.

In the cleaning tank 11, the cleaning liquid in its own cleaning tank 11 taken out through the cleaning liquid flow path 51 and the cleaning liquid sent from the cleaning tank 12 via the cleaning liquid flow path 52 are washed through the cleaning liquid flow path 44. It is returned to the tank 11 and discharged by the cleaning liquid shower 11S via the cleaning liquid flow paths 52 and 53. In the cleaning tank 12, the liquefier 32 liquefies the cleaning liquid in its own cleaning tank 12 taken out through the cleaning liquid flow path 54 and the steam taken out through the steam flow path 62 for taking out steam from the cleaning / drying tank 13 described later. The cleaning liquid liquefied by the above method is returned to the cleaning tank 12 via the cleaning liquid flow path 56, and is discharged by the cleaning liquid shower 12S via the cleaning liquid flow paths 55 and 57.

The cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S, and 12S are provided between the upper ends of the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 and the cleaning liquid level stored in each cleaning tank. The cleaning liquid discharged from 11S and 12S is moved up and down by the vertical moving portion 21F so that the cleaning liquid discharged from the rack 20 hits the entire cleaning liquid W housed in the rack 20 with respect to the cleaning liquid stored in each cleaning tank. Since it is taken in and out, a high cleaning effect can be obtained. The cleaning liquid showers of the cleaning tanks 10 and 11 can be appropriately performed as needed.

Here, in the cleaning liquid flow path for returning the cleaning liquid taken out from each of the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 to its own cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12, or in the cleaning liquid flow paths 41, 52 and 55 of the cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S and 12S. , Foreign matter removing filters 10F, 11F, 12F are provided, and the cleaning liquid that has passed through the foreign matter removing filters 10F, 11F, 12F is sent to the cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S, 12S. This prevents fine foreign matter removed from the object to be cleaned in the cleaning steps performed in the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 from accumulating in the tank, and at the time of shower cleaning with the cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S and 12S. It prevents foreign matter from reattaching.

Further, the cleaning device 1 includes a cleaning / drying tank 13 that performs steam cleaning and vacuum drying. In the washing / drying tank 13, steam washing and vacuum drying are performed on the object W to be washed, which is sequentially transferred from the washing tank 10 on the most upstream side to the washing tank on the downstream side and washed in the washing tank 12 on the most downstream side. Is done.

Since the tact time of steam cleaning and vacuum drying is longer than the tact time of the cleaning process of each cleaning tank, here, multiple (2 tanks) cleaning is performed for cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 that perform multi-step cleaning. A drying tank 13 is provided, and the object W to be cleaned after the cleaning step of the most downstream cleaning tank 12 is alternately transferred to the cleaning / drying tank 13, which delays steam cleaning and vacuum drying having a long tact time. It is performed continuously without any problems, so that multiple batches of objects to be cleaned can be cleaned and dried with high work efficiency.

The cleaning / drying tank 13 is provided with a steam generating unit 3 (steam kettle 33) that takes out a part of the cleaning liquid circulating in the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2, evaporates it, and sends steam to the cleaning / drying tank 13. ing. In the illustrated example, the cleaning liquid flow path 42 that sends the cleaning liquid stored in the cleaning liquid tank 14 to the regeneration pot 30 is branched, and the cleaning liquid is sent to the steam pot 33 via the branched cleaning liquid flow path 58. Further, the steam of the cleaning liquid evaporated in the steam kettle 33 is sent to the cleaning / drying tank 13 via the steam flow path 61. In the illustrated example, the cleaning liquid flow path 58 is branched into two flow paths 58A and 58B, and the respective flow paths 58A and 58B are connected to two steam kettles 33 corresponding to the two cleaning / drying tanks 13. There is. Foreign matter removing filters 34 are provided in the flow paths 58A and 58B, respectively, as needed. The cleaning liquid that has been sent to the steam pot 33 and has not evaporated is sent to the regeneration pot 30 via the cleaning liquid flow path 59.

A method of cleaning the object to be cleaned W using the cleaning device 1 will be described. This cleaning method includes a cleaning step performed in multiple stages in the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12, and then a steam cleaning / vacuum drying step performed in the cleaning / drying tank 13. In the cleaning step, the cleaning liquid is sequentially sent from the downstream cleaning tank to the upstream cleaning tank, the cleaning liquid in the most upstream cleaning tank 10 is regenerated, and the cleaning liquid sent to the most downstream cleaning tank 12 is regenerated and circulated. , The object to be cleaned W is sequentially transferred from the cleaning tank 10 on the most upstream side to the cleaning tank on the downstream side, and immersion cleaning and shower cleaning are performed in the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12, respectively.

As described above, in the cleaning (immersion cleaning and shower cleaning) step, by providing the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2, it is possible to perform cleaning with the cleanest cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 12 on the most downstream side. With respect to the object W to be cleaned, the object W to be cleaned is cleaned in the cleaning tank 11 after cleaning in the cleaning tank 10 on the most upstream side, and finally in the cleaning tank 12. The transfer is done.

The cleaning in each cleaning tank 10, 11 and 12 in the cleaning step is performed in the same manner. That is, the object to be cleaned W housed in the rack 20 is immersed in the cleaning liquid in the tank, an ultrasonic cleaning device or the like is deployed to perform immersion cleaning, and in addition, the rack 20 is moved up and down in each cleaning tank. The cleaning liquid stored in the above is taken in and out, and shower cleaning is performed with the cleaning liquid showers 10S, 11S, and 12S. At this time, the foreign matter removed from the object W to be cleaned by cleaning in each cleaning tank is collected by the foreign matter removing filters 10F, 11F, and 12F provided in the circulation flow path of the cleaning liquid in each cleaning tank.
As described above, the shower cleaning of the cleaning tanks 10 and 11 can be appropriately performed as needed.

In the steam cleaning / vacuum drying step, the cleaning / drying tank 13 performs steam cleaning and vacuum drying on the object to be cleaned W that has undergone the cleaning step. Steam cleaning and vacuum drying are continuously performed in one cleaning / drying tank 13. First, the steam generated in the steam kettle 33 is sent into the cleaning / drying tank 13 for steam cleaning, and then cleaning / drying. The inside of the drying tank 13 is depressurized to perform vacuum drying.

In the cleaning method using the cleaning device 1, foreign matter adhering to the object to be cleaned W is almost completely removed by the cleaning step, particularly the immersion cleaning and the shower cleaning in the cleaning step in the most downstream cleaning tank 12. Can be done. In the cleaning tank 12, the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning tank 12 by the cleaning liquid regeneration / circulation unit 2 and returned to the cleaning tank 12, the cleaning liquid evaporated in the regeneration kettle 30 and liquefied in the liquefier 31, and the cleaning / drying tank 13 A cleaning liquid obtained by liquefying the extracted steam by the liquefier 32 is sent to perform immersion cleaning. Further, using the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 12 on the most downstream side and the cleaning liquid in which the steam supplied into the cleaning / drying tank 13 is liquefied by the liquefier 32, the object W to be cleaned is moved up and down on the most downstream side. Shower cleaning is performed in the cleaning tank 12. The shower cleaning can be performed by appropriately using at least one of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 12 or the cleaning liquid in which the steam supplied into the cleaning / drying tank 13 is liquefied by the liquefier 32. Further, since the foreign matter removing filters 12F and 34 are provided in the cleaning liquid flow path 55 and the cleaning liquid flow path 58 (58A, 58B) of the steam generating unit 3 (steam pot 33), foreign matter stays in the cleaning tank 12. Is almost certainly eliminated. Further, the immersion cleaning time, the number of vertical movements, and the flow rate of the cleaning liquid shower in the cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12 may be individually set differently.

As described above, according to the cleaning device 1 and the cleaning method using the cleaning device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, in cleaning in which the cleaning liquid is regenerated and circulated between the plurality of cleaning tanks 10, 11 and 12, the oil component and fine particles are present. A sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained for removing metallic foreign substances.
