また、請求項2に記載の発明では、制御装置は、複数の電池パックが所定温度に到達していない状態において、特定の電池パックが所定温度を超えるまで、熱媒体供給部を制御して、特定の電池パックに優先的に熱媒体を供給する。制御装置は、特定の電池パックが所定温度に到達した後、熱媒体供給部を制御して、特定の電池パックに対する熱媒体の供給比率を他の電池パックよりも相対的に低減させる。
以下、実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。図1に示された電池温調装置1は、車両に搭載された2次電池10を適切な温度に調整する装置である。また、電池温調装置1は、車室内空間を適切な温度に調整する空調装置としても機能する。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。図12に示されるように、第1電池パック11は、カーボン伝熱シート18a及び熱伝導グリス18bを有する。
本実施形態では、第1、第2実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。図14に示されるように、2次電池10は、昇圧回路19を含んでいる。昇圧回路19は、各電池パック11〜13の各電圧を同一の電圧に調整する回路である。なお、図14に示された各電池パック11〜13の熱容量は同じに設定されている。また、本実施形態でいう「同一」とは、車両を駆動するために必要な電圧まで、各電池パック11〜13の電圧をそろえるということを意味している。
上記実施形態を例えば以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (10)
- 充放電可能な複数の電池パック(11〜13)が並列接続された2次電池(10)の温度を調整する電池温調装置であって、
前記複数の電池パックそれぞれに独立して熱媒体を供給する熱媒体供給部(30、40、42a〜42c、48〜51、53〜55)と、
前記複数の電池パックの電池状態に基づき優先して温度調整すべき電池パック(11)を特定の電池パックと定義すると共に、前記特定の電池パックに対する前記熱媒体の供給比率を、他の電池パック(12、13)よりも増加させるため前記熱媒体供給部を制御する温度調整制御を行う制御装置(70)と、
を含み、
前記特定の電池パックは、前記複数の電池パックの各温度及び各熱容量に基づいて、前記複数の電池パックを構成する複数の電池セル(14)の各セル温度のうち所定温度に対する温度差が最大のセル温度が前記所定温度に到達するまでに必要な投入熱量が最小となる電池パックである電池温調装置。 - 充放電可能な複数の電池パック(11〜13)が並列接続された2次電池(10)の温度を調整する電池温調装置であって、
前記複数の電池パックそれぞれに独立して熱媒体を供給する熱媒体供給部(30、40、42a〜42c、48〜51、53〜55)と、
前記複数の電池パックの電池状態に基づき優先して温度調整すべき電池パック(11)を特定の電池パックと定義すると共に、前記特定の電池パックに対する前記熱媒体の供給比率を、他の電池パック(12、13)よりも増加させるため前記熱媒体供給部を制御する温度調整制御を行う制御装置(70)と、
を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記複数の電池パックが所定温度に到達していない状態において、前記特定の電池パックが前記所定温度を超えるまで、前記熱媒体供給部を制御して、前記特定の電池パックに優先的に前記熱媒体を供給し、
前記制御装置は、前記特定の電池パックが前記所定温度に到達した後、前記熱媒体供給部を制御して、前記特定の電池パックに対する前記熱媒体の供給比率を前記他の電池パックよりも相対的に低減させる電池温調装置。 - 前記複数の電池パックは、それぞれが独立して通電または遮断が可能に構成され、
前記2次電池は、前記複数の電池パックの各電圧を同一の電圧に調整する昇圧回路(19)を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記特定の電池パックを通電する一方、前記他の電池パックを遮断し、前記特定の電池パックの温度調整後に前記他の電池パックを通電する請求項2に記載の電池温調装置。 - 前記特定の電池パックは、前記複数の電池パックが所定温度に到達していない状態において、前記複数の電池パックのうち前記所定温度に対する温度差が最も大きい電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記複数の電池パックの各温度及び各熱容量に基づいて、前記複数の電池パックを構成する複数の電池セル(14)の各セル温度のうち前記所定温度に対する温度差が最大のセル温度が前記所定温度に到達するまでに必要な投入熱量が最小となる電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記他の電池パックよりも相対的に出力性能が高い電池セル(14)を含んでいる請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記他の電池パックよりも相対的に熱交換性能が高い電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記他の電池パックよりも相対的に断熱性能及び蓄熱性能のうちのいずれか一方または両方が高い電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記他の電池パックよりも相対的に熱容量が小さい電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
- 前記特定の電池パックは、前記複数の電池パックのうち最も劣化状態が低い電池パックである請求項2または3に記載の電池温調装置。
