Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係る水素ステーション10の構成の概略を示す図である。水素ステーション10は、ガス供給装置2と、充填設備であるディスペンサ11と、を備える。
次に、第2の実施形態に係るガス供給装置2について図4を参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第1の実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1の実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
次に、第3の実施形態に係るガス供給装置2について図5および図6を参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第1の実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1の実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
次に、第4の実施形態に係るガス供給装置2について図7を参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第1の実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1の実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
次に、第5の実施形態に係るガス供給装置2について図8を参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第3の実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第3の実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。

Claims (6)
- ガスステーションのディスペンサへガスを供給するガス供給装置であって、
前記ディスペンサへ供給するガスを貯留する蓄圧器と、
前記ディスペンサから吐出される前のガスを冷却するための不凍性のブライン液である冷媒が流れる冷媒流路と、
前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷凍機と、
液化窒素、液化酸素、液化アルゴン又は液化水素である液化ガスの潜熱によって前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷却装置と、
前記ガスステーションの起動に際して、前記冷却装置を起動する制御を行った後、前記ディスペンサから吐出されるガスが前記冷媒によって冷却されるように前記冷媒流路の冷媒が冷却されていることを判断するための条件として予め設定された条件を満たしたときに、前記冷却装置を停止しつつ前記冷凍機を起動する制御を行う制御部と、を備えるガス供給装置。 - ガスステーションのディスペンサへガスを供給するガス供給装置であって、
前記ディスペンサへ供給するガスを貯留する蓄圧器と、
前記ディスペンサから吐出される前のガスを冷却するための不凍性のブライン液である冷媒が流れる冷媒流路と、
前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷凍機と、
液化窒素、液化酸素、液化アルゴン又は液化水素である液化ガスの潜熱によって前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷却装置と、
前記ガスステーションの起動に際して、前記冷却装置および前記冷凍機を起動する制御を行った後、前記ディスペンサから吐出されるガスが前記冷媒によって冷却されるように前記冷媒流路の冷媒が冷却されていることを判断するための条件として予め設定された条件を満たしたときに、前記冷却装置を停止する制御を行う制御部と、を備えるガス供給装置。 - 前記冷媒流路は、前記冷媒を貯留可能な冷媒タンクを有し、
前記冷却装置は、前記液化ガスが流れる液化ガス流路を有し、
前記液化ガス流路は、前記冷媒と前記液化ガスとの熱交換を行う熱交換部と、前記熱交換部において前記液化ガスが気化することにより発生したガスが前記冷媒タンクに流入するように前記熱交換部と前記冷媒タンクとを繋ぐタンク導入部と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載のガス供給装置。 - 前記冷媒流路に繋がるポンプをさらに備え、
前記冷媒流路は、前記冷媒を貯留可能な冷媒タンクを有し、
前記冷却装置は、前記液化ガスが流れる液化ガス流路を有し、
前記液化ガス流路は、前記冷媒と前記液化ガスとの熱交換を行う熱交換部と、前記熱交換部において前記液化ガスが気化することにより発生したガスが前記ポンプのケーシング内に流入するように前記熱交換部と前記ポンプとを繋ぐポンプ導入部と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載のガス供給装置。 - ガスステーションのディスペンサへ供給するガスを貯留する蓄圧器と、前記ディスペンサから吐出される前のガスを冷却するための不凍性のブライン液である冷媒が流れる冷媒流路と、前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷凍機と、液化窒素、液化酸素、液化アルゴン又は液化水素である液化ガスの潜熱によって前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷却装置と、を備えるガス供給装置の運転開始方法であって、
前記冷却装置を起動した後、前記ディスペンサから吐出されるガスが前記冷媒によって冷却されるように前記冷媒流路の冷媒が冷却されていることを判断するための条件である所定の条件を満たしたときに、前記冷却装置を停止しつつ前記冷凍機を起動する、ガス供給装置の運転開始方法。 - ガスステーションのディスペンサへ供給するガスを貯留する蓄圧器と、前記ディスペンサから吐出される前のガスを冷却するための不凍性のブライン液である冷媒が流れる冷媒流路と、前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷凍機と、液化窒素、液化酸素、液化アルゴン又は液化水素である液化ガスの潜熱によって前記冷媒流路の前記冷媒を冷却可能な冷却装置と、を備えるガス供給装置の運転開始方法であって、
前記冷却装置および前記冷凍機を起動した後、前記ディスペンサから吐出されるガスが前記冷媒によって冷却されるように前記冷媒流路の冷媒が冷却されていることを判断するための条件である所定の条件を満たしたときに、前記冷却装置を停止する、ガス供給装置の運転開始方法。
