Description
まず、図1及び図2を用いて、本実施の形態における蓄電装置1の全般的な説明を行う。図1は、本実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1を分解した場合の各構成要素を示す分解斜視図である。
次に、上記実施の形態の変形例について、説明する。図8A、図8B及び図8Cは、実施の形態の変形例1〜3に係る第二外装体12と保持部材40との接着の構成を示す断面図である。なお、これらの図は、図6の(c)に対応する図である。
また、上記実施の形態及びその変形例では、第二接着層72は、保持部材40の外周と第二外装体12の側壁16の内周とを接着することとした。しかし、保持部材40の内側に第二外装体12が配置される構成とし、第二接着層72は、保持部材40の内周と第二外装体12の側壁16の外周とを接着することにしてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 底壁と側壁とを有する外装体、蓄電素子、及び、前記底壁とで前記蓄電素子を挟む位置に配置される絶縁部材を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記絶縁部材と前記蓄電素子とを接着する第一接着層と、
前記絶縁部材と前記側壁とを接着する第二接着層と、を備え、
前記側壁は、前記絶縁部材と嵌合する凹部を有し、
前記第二接着層は、前記凹部と前記絶縁部材とを接着し、
前記凹部は、前記第二接着層を収容する溝部を有する
蓄電装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記側壁の内面に形成されている
請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 底壁と側壁とを有する外装体、蓄電素子、及び、前記底壁とで前記蓄電素子を挟む位置に配置される絶縁部材を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記絶縁部材と前記蓄電素子とを接着する第一接着層と、
前記絶縁部材と前記側壁とを接着する第二接着層と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記第一接着層の側方に、前記蓄電素子に向けて突出し、先端面が前記蓄電素子と当接する第一凸部を有する
蓄電装置。 - さらに、前記底壁と前記蓄電素子とを接着する第三接着層を備える
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - さらに、基板及びバスバーの少なくとも一方を備え、
前記基板及びバスバーの少なくとも一方は、前記絶縁部材に固定されている
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第二接着層は、前記絶縁部材の外周と前記側壁の内周とを接着する
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電装置は、複数の前記蓄電素子を備えるとともに、前記複数の蓄電素子の間に配置される仕切部をさらに備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記仕切部に向けて突出する第二凸部を有し、
前記仕切部は、前記第二凸部と固定されている
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第一接着層は、前記絶縁部材と前記蓄電素子とを第一方向で接着し、
前記第二接着層は、前記絶縁部材と前記側壁とを第一方向とは異なる第二方向で接着する
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
