例示および比較のコポリマー粒子の調製

例示および比較の日焼け止め配合物のSPF向上熱老化試験
実施例3および4で調製した例示および比較の日焼け止め配合物を、試験配合物の日焼け止め指数(SPF)を測定することにより、熱老化後の紫外線を吸収する能力を保持する能力について評価した。SPFをLabSpheres(North Sutton,NH,USA)から供給された積分球とSPFオペレーティングソフトウェアでUV−2000Sを用いて測定した。UV−2000Sは、紫外線の波長にわたって試料のUV吸光度(各試料について290−400nm)を測定し、このUV吸収スペクトルに基づいてSPF値を算出する。SPFを測定するための以下の手順を使用した。
例示および比較の日焼け止め配合物の揮発性芳香族臭
実施例1で調製したような例示的および比較粒子の臭気プロファイルを、粒子内の全芳香族レベルによって評価した。揮発性芳香族化合について試料を分析するために、試料を5973 MS検出器とパーキンエルマーTurboMatrix 40トラップヘッドスペースオートサンプラーを備えたAgilent 6890 GC上で実行した。ラテックス結合剤(トルエン、スチレン、プロピルベンゼン、ベンズアルデヒド)のヘッドスペース揮発物に一般的に見られる多くの芳香族化合物を、既知の濃度の標準セットを用いて較正した。較正標準物質を、最初に、THF中に1−1000ppm重量/重量の既知の重量濃度で調製した。標準物質を、各較正混合物10−15mgを22mLのヘッドスペースバイアルに秤量し、テフロン(登録商標)裏打ちセプタムでキャッピングすることによって調製した。標準物質のヘッドスペース分析を、完全蒸発モードで行い、静的ヘッドスペースサンプリングで起こり得るマトリックス効果を排除した。このモードでは、小さな試料サイズが使用され、ヘッドスペースのバイアル温度は、対象の揮発性物質が完全に蒸発するのに十分に高く設定される。この分析のために、標準試料をサンプリング前に150℃で10分間加熱した。着目した各揮発性について、その化合物の少なくとも3つの標準濃度を用いて較正プロットを調製した。次いで、各化合物の各化合物のmg量を、その化合物の較正プロットからの線形最小二乗方程式を使用して決定した。次いで、各化合物のmg量を試料の初期重量で除し、次いで1,000,000を掛けることによって、各試料中の各化合物のppm(重量/重量)濃度を決定した。平均応答因子を用いて、較正標準を有さなかった試料中の任意の化合物を較正した。次いで、観察されたすべての芳香族種の個々の濃度を合計して、試料中の全芳香族濃度(ppm、重量/重量)を得た。水および空気のブランクを、シーケンスの前後で実行した。分析物の質量スペクトルを用いて、それらの特徴的なイオンに基づいて共溶出化合物を区別した。すべてのサンプルを再現性を確保するために少なくとも3回測定した。芳香族分析の結果を表7に示す。

(B)少なくとも1つのUV吸収剤と、を含み、
