Description
本願は、2016年6月28日に、日本に出願された特願2016−127834号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
本発明の第2の態様は、パッドスプリングが、摩擦パッドのディスク軸方向への移動を案内する基板部と、前記基板部の端縁部の一方から延出して先端の当接部が取付部材に当接し、前記基板部を前記取付部材に引き寄せる力を有する延出部と、前記基板部の端縁部の他方から前記基板部の板厚方向に突出する突出板部と、とを有し、前記延出部は、前記ディスク軸方向であって該ディスクから離れる方向に前記基板部から延出する基端平板部と、該基端平板部から前記ディスク軸方向に該ディスクから離れる方向に延在し、前記基板部の板厚方向に前記摩擦パッドから離れるように湾曲する基端側湾曲板部と、該基端側湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部側に折り返すように湾曲した中間湾曲板部と、該中間湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部に向かうように延びる中間平板部と、該中間平板部から延在し、前記取付部材に当接する当接部と、前記中間湾曲板部および前記中間平板部の境界付近に設けられ、押圧操作されることで前記当接部を前記取付部材から離れるように移動させる押圧操作部と、を有する。
パッドガイド30は、図3に示すように、トルク受部21のディスク軸方向の位置が合ってディスク回転方向に離間する他のトルク受部21側の先端面31から、この他のトルク受部21から離れる方向に凹んでいる。言い換えれば、パッドガイド30は、ディスク回転方向に沿って凹んでいる。パッドガイド30は、ディスク径方向外方の内側面32と、ディスク径方向内方の内側面33と、これらを繋ぐ底面34と、を有している。内側面32、内側面33および底面34は、いずれもディスク軸方向に沿っている。内側面32および内側面33は、互いに平行をなして先端面31からディスク回転方向に沿って延出している。底面34は内側面32および内側面33に直交して、これらの先端面31とは反対側を繋いでおり、ディスク径方向に沿っている。

Claims (2)
- 車両の非回転部分に取り付けられ凹状のパッドガイドを有する取付部材と、
該取付部材に摺動可能に設けられるキャリパと、
前記パッドガイドに挿入される突出部を有し、前記キャリパによってディスクの両面に押圧される一対の摩擦パッドと、
前記取付部材に取り付けられ前記摩擦パッドを弾性的に支持するパッドスプリングと、を備えるディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記パッドスプリングは、
前記摩擦パッドのディスク軸方向への移動を案内する基板部と、
前記ディスク軸方向であって該ディスクから離れる方向に前記基板部から延出する基端平板部と、
該基端平板部から前記ディスク軸方向に該ディスクから離れる方向に延在し、前記基板部の板厚方向に前記摩擦パッドから離れるように湾曲する基端側湾曲板部と、
該基端側湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部側に折り返すように湾曲した中間湾曲板部と、
該中間湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部に向かうように延びる中間平板部と、
該中間平板部から延在し、前記取付部材に当接する当接部と、
前記中間湾曲板部および前記中間平板部の境界付近に設けられ、押圧操作されることで前記当接部を前記取付部材から離れるように移動させる押圧操作部と、
を有するディスクブレーキ。 - 車両の非回転部分に取り付けられ凹状のパッドガイドを有する取付部材と、
該取付部材に移動可能に設けられるキャリパと、
前記パッドガイドに配置される突出部を有し、前記キャリパによってディスクの両面に押圧される一対の摩擦パッドと、
前記取付部材に取り付けられ前記摩擦パッドを弾性的に支持するパッドスプリングと、
を備えるディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記パッドスプリングは、
前記摩擦パッドのディスク軸方向への移動を案内する基板部と、
前記基板部の端縁部の一方から延出して先端の当接部が前記取付部材に当接し、前記基板部を前記取付部材に引き寄せる力を有する延出部と、
前記基板部の端縁部の他方から前記基板部の板厚方向に突出する突出板部と、とを有し、
前記延出部は、
前記ディスク軸方向であって該ディスクから離れる方向に前記基板部から延出する基端平板部と、
該基端平板部から前記ディスク軸方向に該ディスクから離れる方向に延在し、前記基板部の板厚方向に前記摩擦パッドから離れるように湾曲する基端側湾曲板部と、
該基端側湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部側に折り返すように湾曲した中間湾曲板部と、
該中間湾曲板部から延在し、前記基板部に向かうように延びる中間平板部と、
該中間平板部から延在し、前記取付部材に当接する当接部と、
前記中間湾曲板部および前記中間平板部の境界付近に設けられ、押圧操作されることで前記当接部を前記取付部材から離れるように移動させる押圧操作部と、
を有するディスクブレーキ。
