Description
ベースフィルムをガラス(glass)に付着して24時間経過後、秒当たり5mmの速度で180°剥離させる時の粘着力を測定した。
ベースフィルムをガラス(glass)に付着して24時間経過後、秒当たり5mmの速度で180°剥離させる時の粘着力を測定した。
主剤樹脂として重量平均分子量が600,000であり、アクリル酸、ブチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレートおよびビニルアセテートがランダム共重合された共重合体を、前記主剤樹脂100重量部に対して硬化剤としてN,N,N,N’−テトラグリシジル−m−キシレンジアミン0.22重量部、帯電防止剤として25℃で固相である下記の化学式3で表示される化合物4.25重量部および溶媒としてメチルエチルケトン39重量部を混合して組成物を製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、下記の表1および表2のように帯電防止剤の含量などを変更して、表1のようなディスプレイ用粘着シートを製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、帯電防止剤として下記の化学式4で表示され、25℃で液状であるN−ヘキシル−4−メチルピリジニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェート(N−hexyl−4−methylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate、CAS no.929897−32−5)を使ったことを除いては実施例1と同様に実施してディスプレイ用粘着シートを製造した。
前記比較例3と同一に実施して製造するものの、前記化学式4で表示され、25℃で液状である帯電防止剤の含量などを変更して表2のようなディスプレイ用粘着シートを製造した。
1.表面抵抗測定
実施例および比較例により製造されたディスプレイ用粘着シートで200mm×350mmに切断し、切断した粘着シートの離型フィルムを剥離した後、表面抵抗測定機(TREK 152−1、TREK、INC.)に連結された2 point probe(152P−2P、TREK、INC.)を粘着層に接触させて表面抵抗を測定した。これを下記の表1および表2に表した。
実施例および比較例により製造されたディスプレイ用粘着シートを110mm×180mmに裁断した後、表面静電圧測定機(TREK Electrostatic Voltmeter Model 542A、TREK、INC.)を利用して秒当たり110mmの速度で180°で離型フィルムを剥離させて粘着層の表面静電圧Vを測定した。これを下記の表1および表2に表した。
1.離型フィルムの離型力、ベースフィルムの粘着力測定
実施例および比較例により製造されたディスプレイ用粘着シートに対してディスプレイ用粘着シートを1インチ幅で裁断した後、秒当たり40mmの速度で180°で剥離させて離型フィルムの離型力を測定したし、ディスプレイ用粘着シートを1インチ幅で裁断して離型フィルムを除去した後、表面を洗浄したGlassに付着して24時間経過後、秒当たり5mmの速度で180°で剥離させて粘着層の粘着力を測定した。これを下記の表1および表2に表した。
実施例および比較例により製造されたディスプレイ用粘着シートのベースフィルムをディスプレイの下部に常温でロールラミネーターで付着した後、24時間経過させた後に温度60℃および湿度90%の条件下で500時間の間放置して、付着された下部の粘着シートに剥離現象が起きるかどうかを確認する方法で、剥離現象が発生しない場合−○、剥離現象が発生する場合−×としてベースフィルム粘着性能を評価した。これを下記の表1および表2に表した。
実施例および比較例により製造されたディスプレイ用粘着シートのベースフィルムを無アルカリガラス(Non−alkali glass)に付着し、温度60℃および相対湿度95%の条件で500時間の間放置後に常温で十分に放置させた後、ベースフィルムを秒当たり5mmの速度および180°で剥離させて粘着層の粘着力を測定したし、それぞれの初期の粘着力を100%にして、これに対する粘着力変化率を測定した。粘着力変化率が±20%範囲を満足する場合−○、満足しない場合−×とした。これを下記の表1および表2に表した。

Claims (14)
- 基材および前記基材の上面に形成され、主剤樹脂および25℃で固相であり、置換または非置換のアリール基を有する窒素オニウム塩を含む陽イオン性塩を含む帯電防止剤を具備する組成物を通じて形成された粘着層を含むベースフィルム;および
前記粘着層の上面に備えられて前記粘着層によって粘着され、一面が帯電防止処理された離型フィルム;を含み、
前記組成物は主剤樹脂100重量部に対して前記帯電防止剤を0.01〜5重量部で含み、
前記粘着層は下記の条件(1)を満足し、表面抵抗が4.1×10 10 〜1.3×10 13 Ωであり、表面静電圧が5〜180Vである、ディスプレイ用粘着シート:

この時、前記aは電圧10Vで測定した粘着層の表面抵抗(×1010Ω)であり、前記bはディスプレイ用粘着シートを110mm×180mmに裁断した後、秒当たり110mmの速度で180°で離型フィルムを剥離させて測定した粘着層の表面静電圧(V)である。 - 前記帯電防止剤はCl-、Br-、I-、AlCl4 -、Al2Cl7 -、BF4 -、PF6 -、ClO4 -、NO3 -、CH3COO-、CF3COO-、CH3SO3 -、CF3SO3 -、(CF3SO2)2N-、(CF3SO2)3C-、AsF6 -、SbF6 -、NbF6 -、TaF6 -、(CN)2N-、C4F9SO3 -、(C2F5SO2)2N-、C3F7COO-、(FSO2)2N-、(CF3SO2)(CF3CO)N-およびN(SO2F)2 -からなる群から選択された1種以上を含む陰イオン性塩をさらに含む、
