前記磁気検出素子としては、TMR素子又はGMR素子を用いることができる。
図1は、本実施形態に係る磁気センサの概略構成を示す平面図であり、図2は、本実施形態に係る磁気センサ装置の概略構成を示す斜視図である。

Claims (10)
- 基材と、
前記基材に所定の間隔をあけて設けられてなる複数の磁石と、
前記複数の磁石のそれぞれの近傍に設けられてなる複数の磁気検出部と
を備え、
前記複数の磁石は、所定の平面内における第1方向に沿って並列するように、かつ前記第1方向において隣接する2つの前記磁石の互いの異極を対向させるようにして前記基材に設けられており、
前記磁気検出部は、前記第1方向に沿って並列する前記複数の磁石のうちの隣接する2つの前記磁石の対向する前記異極のそれぞれの近傍に設けられており、
前記複数の磁気検出部は、それぞれ、前記基材の変形に伴う磁場の変化に応じた信号を出力することを特徴とする磁気センサ。 - 前記複数の磁石は、複数の第1磁石を含む第1磁石群及び複数の第2磁石を含む第2磁石群を有し、
前記第1磁石群に含まれる複数の第1磁石は、前記第1方向に沿って並列し、かつ前記第1方向において隣接する2つの前記第1磁石の互いの異極を対向させるようにして前記基材に設けられており、
前記第2磁石群に含まれる複数の第2磁石は、前記第1方向に対して交差する方向である第2方向に沿って磁極を位置させるようにして前記基材に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気センサ。 - 前記複数の磁石は、複数の第3磁石を含む第3磁石群をさらに有し、
前記第3磁石群に含まれる複数の第3磁石は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に対して交差する方向である第3方向に沿って磁極を位置させるようにして前記基材に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁気センサ。 - 前記隣接する2つの磁石の対向する前記異極のそれぞれの近傍に、複数の前記磁気検出部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の磁気センサ。
- 前記磁気検出部は、磁化方向が固定されてなる磁化固定層を含む磁気検出素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の磁気センサ。
- 前記磁気検出部は、複数の前記磁気検出素子を含み、
前記磁気検出部に含まれる一の前記磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の前記磁化方向と、他の前記磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の磁化方向とは、互いに異なる方向であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の磁気センサ。 - 前記磁気検出部に含まれる前記一の磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の前記磁化方向と、前記他の磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の磁化方向とは、実質的に反平行であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の磁気センサ。
- 前記磁気検出部は、磁化方向が固定されてなる磁化固定層を含む磁気検出素子を含み、
前記複数の磁気検出部のうちの一の磁気検出部に含まれる前記磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の前記磁化方向と、他の磁気検出部に含まれる前記磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の磁化方向とは、互いに交差することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁気センサ。 - 前記複数の磁気検出部のうちの一の磁気検出部に含まれる前記磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の前記磁化方向と、前記他の磁気検出部に含まれる磁気検出素子の前記磁化固定層の磁化方向とは、互いに実質的に直交することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の磁気センサ。
- 前記磁気検出素子は、TMR素子又はGMR素子であることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の磁気センサ。
