Description
R1:炭素数2〜5のアルケニル基又は炭素数3又は4の不飽和アシル基
R2:水素原子、炭素数1〜22のアルキル基又は炭素数1〜22の脂肪族アシル基
A:炭素原子数2〜4のオキシアルキレン基で構成された平均付加モル数1〜300個の(ポリ)オキシアルキレン基
また、本発明の別の態様のコンクリートの流動性保持方法は、結合材、水、及び分散剤を混錬し、コンクリートを調製する工程、次に、前記コンクリートが固まる前に請求項1又は2に記載のコンクリート用後添加混和剤を前記コンクリートに添加する工程を含むことを特徴とする。
・実施例1{(共)重合体(S−1)の合成}
イオン交換水78.0g、を温度計、撹拌機、滴下ロート、窒素導入管を備えた反応容器(以下、同様のものを使用した)に仕込み、攪拌しながら均一に溶解した後、雰囲気を窒素置換し、反応系の温度を温水浴に70℃とした。次に10%過硫酸ナトリウム水溶液28.3gを4時間かけて滴下し、それと同時にイオン交換水140.9gにα−メタクリロイル−ω−メトキシ−ポリ(n=10)オキシエチレン155.9gとヒドロキシエチルアクリレート39.0gとチオグリセロール1.9gを均一に溶解させた水溶液を3時間かけて滴下した。その後1時間70℃を維持し、重合反応を終了した。イオン交換水にて濃度を20%に調整して、(共)重合体(S−1)の20%水溶液を得た。
イオン交換水78.0gを反応容器に仕込み、攪拌しながら均一に溶解した後、雰囲気を窒素置換し、反応系の温度を温水浴に70℃とした。次に10%過硫酸ナトリウム水溶液37.7gを4時間かけて滴下し、それと同時にイオン交換水224.7gにα−メタクリロイル−ω−ヒドロキシ−ポリ(n=113)オキシエチレンポリ(m=2)オキシプロピレンを213.5gとヒドロキシエチルアクリレート37.7gとチオグリセロール4.7gを均一に溶解させた水溶液を3時間かけて滴下した。その後1時間70℃を維持し、重合反応を終了した。イオン交換水にて濃度を20%に調整して、(共)重合体(S−2)の20%水溶液を得た。
イオン交換水56.0g及びα−(3−メチル−3−ブテニル)−ω−ヒドロキシ−ポリ(n=53)オキシエチレン172.7gを反応容器に仕込み、攪拌しながら均一に溶解した後、雰囲気を窒素置換し、反応系の温度を温水浴に65℃とした。次に4%過酸化水素水9.7gを3時間かけて滴下し、それと同時にイオン交換水130.4gにヒドロキシエチルアクリレート32.4gとアクリル酸メチル10.6gとアクリル酸0.2gを均一に溶解させた水溶液を3時間かけて滴下し、またそれと同時にイオン交換16.4gにL−アスコルビン酸0.9gとチオグリセロール3.2gを溶解させた水溶液を4時間かけて滴下した。その後2時間65℃を維持し、重合反応を終了した。イオン交換水にて濃度を20%に調整して、(共)重合体(S−3)の20%水溶液を得た。

A−2:α−メタクリロイル−ω−ヒドロキシ−ポリ(n=113)オキシエチレンポリ(m=2)オキシプロピレンから形成された構成単位
A−3:α−(3−メチル−3−ブテニル)−ω−ヒドロキシ−ポリ(n=53)オキシエチレンから形成された構成単位
A−4:ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートから形成された構成単位
B−1:アクリル酸(塩)から形成された構成単位
C−1:アクリル酸メチルから形成された構成単位
・コンクリートの調製
55Lの強制二軸ミキサーに、表2に記載の内容で、普通ポルトランドセメント(太平洋セメント社製、比重=3.16)、細骨材(大井川水系砂、比重=2.59)及び粗骨材(岡崎産砕石、比重=2.66)を順次投入して5秒間空練りした後、目標スランプフローが18±2.5cm及び空気量が4.5±0.5%の範囲となるよう、AE減水剤(竹本油脂社製の商品名チューポールEX60)をセメントに対し1%、またAE剤(竹本油脂社製の商品名AE−300)をセメントに対し0.005%を目安とし、更に消泡剤(竹本油脂社製の商品名AFK−2)をセメントに対し0.001%を目安として練混ぜ水と共に投入し、90秒間練混ぜて、コンクリートを調製した。このコンクリートを用い、温度20±3℃、湿度60%の雰囲気下にて、以下のように試験を行なった。結果を表3及び表4にまとめて示した。
・ブリーディング:JIS−A1123に準拠して測定した。
・圧縮強度:JIS−A1108に準拠し、供試体寸法を直径100mm×長さ200mmとして、材齢24時間で測定した。
添加量:セメントに対する後添加混和剤として用いた(共)重合体(S−1)〜(S−3)としての添加量(%)
*1:後添加混和剤の後添加を行わなかった。
Claims (3)
- 結合材、水、及び分散剤が混錬され、調製された後、固まる前のコンクリートに適用されるコンクリート用後添加混和剤であって、構成単位として下記の構成単位Aを70〜100質量%、不飽和カルボン酸及びその塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種から形成された構成単位Bを0〜4.9質量%、並びにその他の不飽和単量体から形成された構成単位Cを0〜30質量%(合計100質量%)からなる(共)重合体であり、且つ酢酸換算含有割合が0.1質量%未満である(共)重合体から成ることを特徴とするコンクリート用後添加混和剤。
構成単位A:下記の化1で示される単量体から選ばれる一つ又は二つ以上から形成された構成単位
R1:炭素数2〜5のアルケニル基又は炭素数3又は4の不飽和アシル基
R2:水素原子、炭素数1〜22のアルキル基又は炭素数1〜22の脂肪族アシル基
A:炭素原子数2〜4のオキシアルキレン基で構成された平均付加モル数1〜300個の(ポリ)オキシアルキレン基) - 構成単位Bが、(メタ)アクリル酸、クロトン酸、(無水)マレイン酸、(無水)イタコン酸、フマル酸及びそれらの塩から選ばれる一つ又は二つ以上から形成された構成単位である請求項1記載のコンクリート用後添加混和剤。
- 結合材、水、及び分散剤を混錬し、コンクリートを調製する工程、
次に、前記コンクリートが固まる前に請求項1又は2に記載のコンクリート用後添加混和剤を前記コンクリートに添加する工程を含むコンクリートの流動性保持方法。
