Description
Claims (3)
- 筐体内に配置され、駆動源からの駆動力が伝達され回転する入力部材と、
前記筐体内で回転自在な複数の要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記要素同士を互いに連結する連結状態に切換自在な、又は、前記要素を前記筐体に固定する固定状態に切換自在な複数の係合機構と、
回転を出力する出力部材と、
前記係合機構を制御するとともに、前記駆動源の回転数を認識する制御部とを備え、
前記入力部材の回転を、前記遊星歯車機構及び前記係合機構で複数の変速段に変速して、前記出力部材から出力自在な自動変速機であって、
前記入力部材の回転数を検知する入力回転数検出器と、
前記出力部材の回転数を検知する出力回転数検出器とを備え、
複数の前記係合機構は、複数の前記要素のうちの対応する要素の正転を許容し、且つ、逆転を阻止する逆転阻止状態と、前記固定状態とを切換自在な切換機構を含み、
前記制御部は、前記入力部材の回転数及び前記出力部材の回転数に基づいて実変速比を算出する実変速比算出部と、前記切換機構の故障を判定する故障判定部とを有し、
前記故障判定部は、前記制御部が前記切換機構を前記逆転阻止状態に切り換えたと認識している状態で前記駆動源の回転数が下がった際に、前記実変速比が前記駆動源の回転数が下がる前の変速比で維持された場合に、前記切換機構が故障していると判定することを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機であって、
複数の前記係合機構は、複数の前記要素のうちの対応する要素の前記連結状態又は前記固定状態と、該連結状態又は該固定状態を開放する開放状態とを切換自在な断接機構を含み、
供給された油圧に応じて前記断接機構を切り換える油圧制御回路を備え、
前記油圧制御回路は、前記油圧を検出する油圧検出器を有し、
前記切換機構に対応する前記要素は、前記変速段が第1の変速段から第2の変速段に変速された際に、回転の阻止されている状態から回転している状態に変化し、
前記断接機構は、前記変速段が前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段に変速された際に、前記連結状態又は前記固定状態及び前記開放状態の一方から他方に切り換わり、
前記故障判定部は、前記変速段が前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段に変速された際に、前記油圧が所定時間以上前記断接機構の他方の状態に対応する油圧で維持され、且つ、前記実変速比が前記第1の変速段の変速比で維持された場合に、前記切換機構が故障しているか否かの判定を行うことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機であって、
複数の前記係合機構は、複数の前記要素のうちの対応する要素の前記連結状態又は前記固定状態と、該連結状態又は該固定状態を開放する開放状態とを切換自在な摩擦係合機構からなる断接機構を含み、
前記断接機構の温度を検知する温度検出器を備え、
前記切換機構に対応する前記要素は、前記変速段が第1の変速段から第2の変速段に変速された際に、回転の阻止されている状態から回転している状態に変化し、
前記断接機構は、前記変速段が前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段に変速された際に、前記連結状態又は前記固定状態及び前記開放状態の一方から他方に切り換わり、
前記故障判定部は、前記変速段が前記第1の変速段から前記第2の変速段に変速された際に、前記温度が所定時間以上前記断接機構の他方の状態に対応する温度で維持され、且つ、前記実変速比が前記第1の変速段の変速比で維持された場合に、前記切換機構が故障しているか否かの判定を行うことを特徴とする自動変速機。
