Claims (5)
- 電池用途に関する電極材料、高温電池、レドックスフロー電池、又は高温絶縁材料としての、開始材料としての炭素繊維不織布が、サンプル厚さにおいて水平分割プロセスを受けることを特徴とする方法であって、前記炭素繊維不織布が、前記炭素繊維不織布から連続して、表面上に末端炭素繊維の蓄積を有する1つの層又は複数の層を分離するためにブレード構造に対して移動され、その方法において、前記1つの層又は前記複数の層が、分離後に前記炭素繊維不織布から連続的に除去される、方法によって製造された、炭素繊維不織布で作製された層の使用。
- 燃料電池におけるガス拡散層のための、開始材料としての炭素繊維不織布が、サンプル厚さにおいて水平分割プロセスを受けることを特徴とする方法であって、前記炭素繊維不織布が、前記炭素繊維不織布から連続して、表面上に末端炭素繊維の蓄積を有する1つの層又は複数の層を分離するためにブレード構造に対して移動され、その方法において、前記1つの層又は前記複数の層が、分離後に前記炭素繊維不織布から連続的に除去される、方法によって製造された、炭素繊維不織布で作製された層の使用。
- 分離された層の厚さが、少なくとも0.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記炭素繊維不織布が、ビスコース、PAN、ピッチ又はリグニンに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記ブレード構造が、フライスカッター切削工具、バンドナイフ、その各々が1つの側面上で尖らされた2つの隣接する単一のバンドナイフを有するダブルバンドナイフ、又は、振動駆動を有する硬質の定規分割ナイフから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
