Claims (6)
- 軸方向に並んでいる放射型の羽(11,21,31)が備えられて風を起こすメインドラム(10)、上部補助ドラム(20)、および、下部補助ドラム(30)を備え、
前記メインドラム(10)は投入口(1)の一側に、前記上部補助ドラム(20)は前記投入口(1)の他側に、前記下部補助ドラム(30)は前記上部補助ドラム(20)の下部に備えられ、
前記メインドラム(10)と前記下部補助ドラム(30)は同じ方向に回転するのに対し、前記上部補助ドラム(20)は逆方向に回転し、それぞれ異なる速度で回転して前記メインドラム(10)、前記上部補助ドラム(20)、前記下部補助ドラム(30)の間に渦流が極大化されるように形成し、
前記投入口(1)の下部に網状になっているスクリーンコンベヤ(60)が傾斜して設置されることを特徴とする渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。 - 前記下部補助ドラム(30)は、前記メインドラム(10)方向に水平往復移送するようにして渦流区域が一定の区間内で継続して移動するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。
- 前記スクリーンコンベヤ(60)の下部エアノズル(70)を複数備え、一定時間周期的に瞬間噴射するパルス形態のエアが上部に排出されて、スクリーンに乗って移送される低比重物が継続してひっくり返りながら移動することにより、夾雑物がもう一度分離されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。
- 前記下部補助ドラム(30)の羽(31)は、複数の孔(34)が貫通形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。
- 前記投入口(1)の内壁には固定カッター(40)を設置し、前記メインドラム(10)の羽(11)には固定カッター(40)と緊密に近接する回転カッター(50)が設置され、前記メインドラム(10)にひもが巻き込まれようとすると切断されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。
- 前記メインドラム(10)、前記上部補助ドラム(20)、および、前記下部補助ドラム(30)は、側方向に複数の区画板(12,22,32)がそれぞれ形成され、各区画板(12,22,32)は、周りに台形の突部(13,23,33)が複数形成され、前記突部(13,23,33)の角はラウンド(R)処理されるものの、末端を尖がるように形成して刃(N)が形成されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の渦流による夾雑物分離機能を有する比重別廃棄物選別機。
