Claims (15)
- 第一の車両車軸(VA)と第二の車両車軸(HA)に配分された車輪(FR,FL,RL,RR)用の油圧により操作可能な少なくとも四つの車輪ブレーキ(8a〜8d)を備えた自動車用の制動設備であって、
車輪個別のブレーキ圧を設定するための電気により操作可能な、車輪ブレーキ(8a〜8d)毎の一つの入口バルブ(6a〜6d)と、
締切バルブ(23)を介して、これらの入口バルブ(6a〜6d)が繋がれたブレーキ供給配管(13)と分離可能に油圧により接続された、ブレーキペダル(1)を用いて操作可能なマスターブレーキシリンダ(2)と、
一つの圧力空間(37)を備え、この圧力空間(37)がブレーキ供給配管(13)と油圧により接続された電気により制御可能な圧力供給機器(5)と、
を有し、
このブレーキ供給配管(13)には、電気により操作可能な回路締切バルブ(40)が、この回路締切バルブが閉じられている場合に、このブレーキ供給配管が第一の配管区画(13a)と第二の配管区画(13b)に油圧に関して分離されるように配置されて、第一の配管区画(13a)が入口バルブの中の二つの入口バルブ(6a,6b)と接続され、第二の配管区画(13b)が残りの入口バルブ(6c,6d)と接続されており、
圧力供給機器(5)の圧力空間(37)が第二の配管区画(13b)と油圧により接続されている、
制動設備において、
マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)が、唯一つの圧力室(17)を備えた一回路により実現されるとともに、回路締切バルブ(40)がノーマルオープン型で実現され、マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)の圧力室(17)が、締切バルブ(23)を介して第一の配管区画(13a)と接続されていることを特徴とする制動設備。 - 圧力供給機器(5)の圧力空間(37)が開放バルブ(26)を介してブレーキ供給配管(13)と分離可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制動設備。
- 第一の配管区画(13a)と接続された入口バルブ(6a,6b)が第一の車両車軸(VA)の車輪に割り当てられ、第二の配管区画(13b)と接続された入口バルブ(6c,6d)が第二の車両車軸(HA)の車輪に割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制動設備。
- 第一の車両車軸が前車軸(VA)であり、第二の車両車軸が後車軸(HA)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制動設備。
- 前記の締切バルブ(23)がノーマルオープン型に実現されるとともに、前記の開放バルブ(26)がノーマルクローズ型に実現されていることを特徴とする請求項2と、請求項2を引用する請求項3と、請求項2を引用する請求項4とのいずれか一つに記載の制動設備。
- 本制動設備が、大気圧が加わる圧力媒体貯蔵タンク(4)を有し、このタンクの圧力媒体レベルが測定装置(50)を用いて検出されることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の制動設備。
- マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)の圧力室(17)が油圧接続部(41)を介して圧力媒体貯蔵タンク(4)と接続され、この油圧接続部には、電気により操作可能なバルブが配置されていないことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制動設備。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の制動設備の動作方法において、
前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が、この制動設備の故障の無い状態では開かれ、この制動設備で漏れが疑われるか、或いは漏れが確認された場合に閉じられることを特徴とする方法。 - 第一の車両車軸(VA)と第二の車両車軸(HA)に配分された車輪用の油圧により操作可能な少なくとも四つの車輪ブレーキ(8a〜8d)と、
車輪個別のブレーキ圧を設定するための電気により操作可能な、車輪ブレーキ(8a〜8d)毎の少なくとも一つの入口バルブ(6a〜6d)と、
一つの圧力室(17)を備え、この圧力室が、締切バルブ(23)を介して、車輪ブレーキ(8a〜8d)が繋がれたブレーキ供給配管(13)と分離可能に油圧により接続された、ブレーキペダル(1)を用いて操作可能なマスターブレーキシリンダ(2)と、
圧力空間(37)を備え、この圧力空間がブレーキ供給配管(13)と油圧により接続された電気により制御可能な圧力供給機器(5)とを有する制動設備の動作方法であって、
電気により操作可能な回路締切バルブ(40)が、この回路締切バルブが閉じられている場合に、ブレーキ供給配管が第一の配管区画(13a)と第二の配管区画(13b)に油圧に関して分離されるようにブレーキ供給配管(13)に配置されて、第一の配管区画(13a)が前記車輪ブレーキの中の二つの車輪ブレーキ(8a,8b)と接続され、第二の配管区画(13b)がそれ以外の車輪ブレーキ(8c,8d)と接続されている方法において、
この回路締切バルブ(40)が、この制動設備の故障の無い状態では開かれ、この制動設備で漏れが疑われるか、或いは漏れが確認された場合に閉じられることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が圧力媒体貯蔵タンク(4)の圧力媒体レベルに応じて閉じられることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記の制動設備を漏れに関して監視するために、大気圧が加わる圧力媒体貯蔵タンク(4)の圧力媒体レベルを検出する測定装置(50)の信号が評価されることを特徴とする請求項8から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が閉じられている場合に、第二の配管区画(13b)に割り当てられた車輪ブレーキ(8c,8d)が前記の圧力供給機器(5)を用いて操作されることを特徴とする請求項8から11までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が閉じられている場合に、第二の車両車軸、特に、後車軸の車輪ブレーキが前記の圧力供給機器(5)を用いて操作されることを特徴とする請求項8から12までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が閉じられている場合に、第一の配管区画(13a)に割り当てられた車輪ブレーキ(8a,8b)が前記のマスターブレーキシリンダ(2)を用いて操作されることを特徴とする請求項8から13までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の回路締切バルブ(40)が閉じられている場合に、第一の車両車軸(VA)、特に、前車軸の車輪ブレーキ(8a,8b)が前記のマスターブレーキシリンダ(2)を用いて操作されることを特徴とする請求項8から14までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
