前記式1において、T10は、フィルムを極性溶媒に10分間浸漬させた後のフィルムの厚さであり、T0は、フィルムを極性溶媒に浸漬させる前のフィルムの厚さである。
窒素気流が流れる攪拌機内にN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(N,N−dimethylacetamide;DMAc)350gを満たした後、反応器の温度を25℃に保持した状態でTFMB(2,2'−ビス(トリフルオロメチル)−4,4'−ビフェニルジアミン)21.5gを溶解させる。前記TFMB溶液にBPDA(3,3',4,4'−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物)6gを同じ温度で添加して、一定時間溶解しながら撹拌する。十分な撹拌がなされた後、温度を0℃に下げ、TPC(テレフタロイルクロリド)9.66gを添加して、撹拌を進行し続ける。前記反応から製造されたポリアミドイミド前駆体溶液の粘度を一定レベルに調節して、固形分濃度13%にするポリアミドイミド前駆体溶液を製造する。この溶液にピリジン(Pyridine)3.29gと無水酢酸(Acetic anhydride)3.85gとを添加して、十分に撹拌させた後、メタノール(Methanol)に沈殿させる。沈殿された固形分を濾過して、100℃真空オーブンで24時間乾燥させた後、ポリアミドイミド固形分を得た。
BPDAとTPCのmol比を変更したものを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリアミドイミドフィルムを製造した。
2−メタクリロイルオキシエチルイソシアネート(MOI)を添加していないものを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリアミドイミドフィルムを製造した。
実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1から製造されたフィルムの溶媒に対する耐化学性を評価した。
○:溶媒に溶けない
△:溶媒に溶けないが、フィルムに変形が発生する
X:溶媒に溶ける
反応器として攪拌機、窒素注入装置、積荷漏斗、温度調節器及び冷却器を付着した1L反応器に窒素を通過させながら、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)772gを満たした後、反応器の温度を25℃に合わせた後、TFMB(2,2'−ビス(トリフルオロメチル)−4,4'−ビフェニルジアミン)63.40gを溶解して、この溶液を25℃に保持した。これに6FDA(4,4'−ビフェニルジカルボニルクロリド)8.885gとBPDA(3,3',4,4'−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物)11.76gとを投入した後、一定時間撹拌して溶解及び反応させた。この際、溶液の温度は、25℃に保持した。そして、TPC(テレフタロイルクロリド)28.66gを添加し、12時間撹拌後、ナド酸無水物0.33gを投入して、固形分の濃度が13重量%であるポリアミドイミド溶液を得た。
前記ポリアミドイミド固形分の粉末をN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)に溶かして、13wt%の溶液を得て、このように収得された溶液をステンレス板に塗布した後、400μmでキャスティングし、130℃の熱風で30分乾燥した後、フィルムをステンレス板で剥離してフレームにピンで固定した。フィルムが固定されたフレームを真空オーブンに入れ、100℃から300℃まで2時間徐々に加熱した後、徐々に冷却して、フレームから分離して、ポリアミドイミドフィルムを収得した。以後、最終熱処理工程として再び300℃で30分間熱処理した。
反応器として攪拌機、窒素注入装置、積荷漏斗、温度調節器及び冷却器を付着した1L反応器に窒素を通過させながら、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)797gを満たした後、反応器の温度を25℃に合わせた後、TFMB 64.046gを溶解して、この溶液を25℃に保持した。これに6FDA 26.655gを投入した後、一定時間撹拌して溶解及び反応させた。この際、溶液の温度は、25℃に保持した。そして、TPC 28.423gを添加して、固形分の濃度が13重量%であるポリアミドイミド前駆体溶液を得た。
前記ポリアミドイミド粉末をN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)に溶かして、13wt%の溶液を得た。以後、実施例3と同じ方法でフィルムを製造した。
TMA(Perkin Elmer社、Diamond TMA)を用いてTMA−Methodによって2回にわたって50〜300℃での熱膨張係数を測定し、昇温速度は10℃/min、100mNの荷重を加えた。最初の値を除き、2番目の値を提示し、その理由は、フィルムを製膜し、熱処理を通じてフィルム内に残留応力が残っていることができるので、最初のRunで残留応力を完全に除去後、二番目の値を実測定値として提示した。
ポリアミドイミドフィルムを80℃真空オーブンで1時間乾燥し、当該フィルムの任意の5地点の厚さを測定し、再びそのフィルムをDMAcが入っているビーカーに10分間浸漬させた後、水で洗浄し、80℃真空オーブンで1時間乾燥して、フィルムの任意の5地点の厚さを測定して、溶媒浸漬前後の厚さから下記式1と定義される耐溶剤性指数を計算した。

前記式1において、
T10は、フィルムを極性溶媒に10分間浸漬させた後のフィルムの厚さであり、
T0は、フィルムを極性溶媒に浸漬させる前のフィルムの厚さである。
Claims (17)
- 下記の化学式1aで表される反復構造と、
化学式1bで表される反復構造と、及び
化学式1cで表される反復構造と
を共に含みながら、
化学式1dで表される末端基
を含み、
4,4'−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物に由来する構造を含まず、
前記化学式1a及び化学式1cの反復構造と化学式1bの反復構造が、1:5〜3:7のmol比で重合された、
ポリアミドイミド:

X1及びX3は、テトラカルボン酸二無水物から誘導された4価の芳香族有機基であり、
X2は、下記の化学式3の化合物から誘導される2価の有機基であり、

Zは、ヒドロキシル基(−OH)、−Cl、−Br、−F、−Iから選択されるハライド基、炭素数1〜5のアルコキシ基(−OR)から選択される1つであり、
Y1とY2とY3は、ジアミンから誘導される2価の有機基であり、
R4は、炭素数1〜18のアルキレン基または炭素数6〜24のアリーレン基、またはこれらがエーテル結合、エステル結合、ウレタン結合、アミド結合、シロキサン結合またはシラザン結合で連結された2価の有機基であり、
R5は、炭素数1〜18のアルキル基である。 - 前記Y1、Y2、Y3のうち、1つ以上が、必ず下記の化学式4の2価の有機基を含む

前記R1、R2は、それぞれ独立して−F、−Cl、−Br及び−Iからなるハロゲン原子、ヒドロキシル基(−OH)、チオール基(−SH)、ニトロ基(−NO2)、シアノ基、炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、炭素数1〜4のハロゲノアルコキシ、炭素数1〜10のハロゲノアルキル、炭素数6〜20のアリール基から選択される置換体であり、
Qは、単一結合、−O−、−CR18R19−、−C(=O)−、−C(=O)O−、−C(=O)NH−、−S−、−SO2−、フェニレン基、及びこれらの組合わせからなる群から選択されるものであり、この際、前記R18及びR19は、それぞれ独立して水素原子、炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、及び炭素数1〜10のフルオロアルキル基からなる群から選択されるものである。 - 前記化学式1aから化学式1cの反復構造が、ランダムコポリマーの形態で重合された
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミドイミド。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミドイミドを製造するための方法であって、
下記の化学式4の構造を含むジアミン溶液を撹拌する段階と、
前記ジアミン溶液に、下記の化学式2の構造を含むテトラカルボン酸二無水物及び下記の化学式3の化合物を添加して反応させて、ポリアミドイミド前駆体を製造する段階と、
前記ポリアミドイミド前駆体をイミド化させる段階と、
前記ポリアミドイミドと下記の化学式5の化合物とを反応させる段階と、
を含む

Zは、ヒドロキシル基(−OH)、−Cl、−Br、−F、−Iから選択されるハライド基、炭素数1〜5のアルコキシ基(−OR)から選択される1つであり、

前記R1、R2は、それぞれ独立して−F、−Cl、−Br及び−Iからなるハロゲン原子、ヒドロキシル基(−OH)、チオール基(−SH)、ニトロ基(−NO2)、シアノ基、炭素数1〜10のアルキル基、炭素数1〜4のハロゲノアルコキシ、炭素数1〜10のハロゲノアルキル、炭素数6〜20のアリール基から選択される置換体であり、
Qは、単一結合、−O−、−CR18R19−、−C(=O)−、−C(=O)O−、−C(=O)NH−、−S−、−SO2−、フェニレン基、及びこれらの組合わせからなる群から選択されるものであり、この際、前記R18及びR19は、それぞれ独立して水素原子、炭素数1〜10のアルキル、及び炭素数1〜10のフルオロアルキル基からなる群から選択されるものであり、

請求項8に記載のポリアミドイミドの製造方法。 - 前記化学式2の構造を含むテトラカルボン酸二無水物及び化学式3の化合物のmol比を、前記化学式4の構造を含むジアミンのmol比に対して、1:1〜1.5:1のmol比で反応させる、
請求項8または9に記載のポリアミドイミドの製造方法。 - アンハイドライドをさらに含んで反応させる、
請求項8から12のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミドイミドの製造方法。 - 請求項1から7のうち何れか一項に記載のポリアミドイミドを含む
ポリアミドイミドフィルム。 - 前記ポリアミドイミドフィルムのヘイズが、2以下であり、
黄色度(YI)が、10以下である
請求項14に記載のポリアミドイミドフィルム。 - 前記ポリアミドイミドフィルムの鉛筆硬度が、2H以上である
請求項14または15に記載のポリアミドイミドフィルム。 - 50〜300での熱膨張係数(CTE)が15ppm/℃以下であり、
次の式1のように定義される耐溶剤性指数が2%以内である
請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミドイミドフィルム:

前記式1において、
T10は、フィルムを極性溶媒に10分間浸漬させた後のフィルムの厚さであり、
