一方、従来のバタフライバルブをコントロールバルブに適用時には、通常的に30%〜55%程度の開き開度で使用する。
したがって、流体の流れによって発生する騷音および震動を防止できる。

Claims (3)
- 流体が流れるように流体通路が形成されたバルブボディ部と、
前記バルブボディ部の流体通路を開閉制御するバルブディスクと、
前記バルブボディ部に結合され、前記バルブディスクを通過する流体を通過させるための通過ホールと前記バルブディスクを低速で通過する流体を通過させるための通過手段が形成されたディフューザーと、を含み、
前記通過手段は、前記ディフューザーの下部の一定領域に形成されて前記ディスクの下側と向き合い、流体を通過させる多数のホールが間隔を置いて形成され、
前記ディフューザーの前記通過手段が、流体の流れ方向における前記バルブディスクの回転軸の後方、かつ、前記回転軸の一方の片側のみの前記流体通路に突出して、前記バルブディスクが1回転することを抑止すると共に、前記バルブディスクの開く回転方向を、前記ディフューザーの前記通過手段から離れる方向に規制し、
また、前記バルブディスクが閉じている際に、前記ディフューザーの前記通過手段の配置されない前記回転軸の他方の側となる前記バルブディスクの端部には、流体が流れてくる方向に向かう側に、流体の通路を広げる切除面を有する切削部が設けられている
