Description
Claims (15)
- 人工手用の手の平ユニットであって、
手の平ユニット本体部(70)と、
前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)により保持されたモータ(68)と、
前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)により保持され、かつ前記モータ(68)によって同時に駆動される低圧油圧ポンプ(74)及び高圧油圧ポンプ(76)を含む油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)と、
前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)により保持され、かつ前記低圧油圧ポンプ及び前記高圧油圧ポンプの両油圧ポンプ(74、76)に接続された油圧回路とを備え、
前記油圧回路は、
前記両油圧ポンプの各吐出側を、前記人工手用の1または複数の油圧アクチュエータに接続する低圧形態と、
前記低圧油圧ポンプの吐出側と前記油圧アクチュエータとの接続を遮断し、油圧流体を前記低圧油圧ポンプ(74)の吸込側に再循環させるとともに、前記高圧油圧ポンプ(76)の吐出側と前記油圧アクチュエータとの接続を維持する高圧形態とを有し、
指を閉じる把持動作中に、油圧系内の圧力が増加して予め定められた閾値を超えたときに、前記低圧形態から前記高圧形態に自動的に切り替えるように構成されたことを特徴とする手の平ユニット。 - 前記油圧回路を前記低圧形態から前記高圧形態に切り替えるための圧力制御機構(86)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手の平ユニット。
- 前記低圧油圧ポンプ(74)の吐出側は、前記低圧油圧ポンプ(74)から前記高圧油圧ポンプ(76)に向かう流れを許す一方向バルブ(90)を介して、前記高圧油圧ポンプ(76)の吐出側に接続されており、
前記低圧油圧ポンプの吐出側は、前記圧力制御機構(86)を介して、前記低圧油圧ポンプの吸込側に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記一方向バルブ(90)は、指を開く動作中に前記油圧流体が前記油圧回路を逆方向に流れることを可能にするために、双方向流れのために開状態に維持できるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の手の平ユニット。
- 前記一方向バルブ(90)は、電磁制御バルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の手の平ユニット。
- 前記モータ(68)は、可変速モータ及び/または可逆モータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。
- 複数の油圧アクチュエータを備えており、
前記油圧回路は、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータ内の前記油圧流体の圧力を均一にするために、前記各油圧アクチュエータの加圧側及び吸込側が互いに接続されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータの数は、前記人工手の指(16、18、20、14)の数よりも少なく、
当該手の平ユニットは、小指専用の前記油圧アクチュエータを備えておらず、かつ、薬指専用の前記油圧アクチュエータも備えていない、
及び/または、
専用の前記油圧アクチュエータを有していない指は、それに隣接する、かつ専用の前記油圧アクチュエータを有している指に弾性的に結合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)は、前記高圧油圧ポンプ(76)及び前記低圧油圧ポンプ(74)の両油圧ポンプを含む単一ユニットであり、
前記単一ユニットは、当該手の平ユニット内に設けられた単一のポンプチャンバ(80)内に収容されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)は、当該手の平ユニット内で、外部環境からシールされている、
及び/または、
前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)は、前記低圧油圧ポンプ(74)及び前記高圧油圧ポンプ(76)間にシャフト用の油圧軸シールを有し、かつ前記両油圧ポンプのポンププレート間にはシールを有していない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記両油圧ポンプ(74、76)は、前記モータ(68)により駆動される単一のポンプ駆動シャフトによって駆動され、
前記モータ(68)により駆動される前記ポンプ駆動シャフトは、前記両油圧ポンプの一方のポンプを貫通して他方のポンプに達しているか、
及び/または、
前記ポンプ駆動シャフトは、前記低圧油圧ポンプを駆動する低圧部分と、前記高圧油圧ポンプを駆動する高圧部分との2つの部分に分割され、かつ、前記2つの部分間に軸方向遊びが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)は、複数のポンププレートを互いに組み合わせ、組み合わせた前記複数のポンププレートを前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)の長さ方向に貫通させたボルト(102)で固定することにより組み立てられる、
及び/または、
前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)は、略円筒状形状を有し、当該手の平ユニット内に設けられた円筒状形状を有するポンプチャンバ(80)内に挿入して密封できるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)は、前記油圧回路及び前記油圧ポンプアセンブリ(72)を含む全ての油圧部品を収容するための密封された筐体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。
- 前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)は、単一部材から形成されており、
前記油圧回路のための全ての油圧接続は、前記手の平ユニット本体部(70)を構成する単一部材内に設けられた流路により形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニット。 - 人工手であって、
上記の請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の手の平ユニットと、
人工指(16、18、20、14)とを含み、
前記人工指(16、18、20、14)は、前記手の平ユニットの前記油圧アクチュエータによって駆動されるように構成された機械式継手を有する、
ことを特徴とする人工手。
