Description
Claims (10)
- 心臓の弁を移植するためのシステムであって、
流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体と、
前記筒状体内に設置されて取り付けられる弁とを有し、
前記筒状体は、無相関部と、前記無相関部と前記流出端の間の外表面に予め形成された溝を有し、前記溝は、前記筒状体の外周に少なくとも部分的に伸びていて、前記筒状体の半径方向の外側に向かって開口しており、前記無相関部は、前記筒状体の前記流入端及び前記流出端の間の軸方向及び半径方向の運動を分離するように構成され、
心臓の組織を前記溝内に誘導するように構成される細長い外部部材と、
前記筒状体の周りに少なくとも部分的に伸びる環を形成し、前記溝内に心臓の組織を捕捉し、前記細長い外部部材上に推進されるように構成される捕捉部材とをさらに含むものであるシステム。 - 前記無相関部が、前記弁と前記流入端の間に位置するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記溝内に移動され、前記筒状体の周りに少なくとも部分的に伸びる環を形成するように構成された捕捉部材を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記無相関部が、前記溝の外側に隣接して配置されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記無相関部が、柔軟性のあるS字形状の部分を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記無相関部が、ポリエステル生地からなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の弁を移植するためのシステムであって、
流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体と、
前記筒状体内に設置されて取り付けられる弁とを有し、
前記筒状体は、前記筒状体の外表面に予め形成された溝と、前記溝と少なくとも部分的に重なる無相関部を有し、前記溝は、前記筒状体の外周に少なくとも部分的に伸びていて、前記筒状体の半径方向の外側に向かって開口しており、前記無相関部は、前記筒状体の前記流入端及び前記流出端の間の軸方向及び半径方向の運動を分離するように構成され、
心臓の組織を前記溝内に誘導するように構成される細長い外部部材と、
前記筒状体の周りに少なくとも部分的に伸びる環を形成し、前記溝内に心臓の組織を捕捉し、前記細長い外部部材上に推進されるように構成される捕捉部材とをさらに含むものであるシステム。 - さらに、前記溝内に移動され、前記筒状体の周りに少なくとも部分的に伸びる環を形成するように構成された捕捉部材を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記無相関部が、柔軟性のあるS字形状の部分を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記無相関部が、ポリエステル生地からなるものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
