Description
a.血管ネットワーク内への少なくとも2つの造影剤からの画像データの1回での取得を実行するステップであって、前記少なくとも2つの造影剤のうちの第1の造影剤が、前記少なくとも2つの造影剤のうちの第2の造影剤よりも前記血管ネットワーク内に長時間ある、ステップと、
b.各造影剤の濃度マップを獲得するために各造影剤に関連するデータを分離するように、Kエッジ検出及び/又はヨード描出を用いて前記画像データを処理するステップと、
c.前記第1の造影剤及び前記第2の造影剤の両方を含む血管ネットワークの第1の部分と、前記第1の造影剤のみを含む前記血管ネットワークの第2の部分とを前記画像データから判定するステップと、
d.第2の造影剤の総量及び第2の造影剤の濃度マップに基づいて、血管ネットワークの第1の部分の部分的血液量マップを算出するステップと、
e.第1の造影剤の総量、第1の造影剤の濃度マップ、及び血管ネットワークの第1の部分の部分的血液量マップに基づいて、血管ネットワークの第2の部分の部分的血液量マップを算出するステップと、を含む、方法。
MCA2=XA*ACA2
MCA1=XA*ACA1+XP*PCA1
XA及びXPは、動脈血及び門脈血の部分的血液量マップである。図4に模式的に示される、本発明による方法のステップdは、第1の式からXAを求めることからなる。このとき、XA*ACA1=ACA1*MCA2/ACA2と推定することができ、これによりXPが求められ、これは、ステップeに対応する。
Claims (12)
- コンピュータ断層撮影の方法であって、当該方法は、
a.血管ネットワーク内への少なくとも2つの造影剤からの画像データの所定期間での取得を実行するステップであって、前記少なくとも2つの造影剤のうちの第1の造影剤が、前記少なくとも2つの造影剤のうちの第2の造影剤よりも前記血管ネットワーク内に長時間あり、前記所定期間において、前記血管ネットワークの第2の部分に前記第1の造影剤が分布し、前記血管ネットワークの第1の部分に前記第2の造影剤が分布するように、前記第1の造影剤及び前記第2の造影剤が予め注入されている、ステップと、
b.前記少なくとも2つの造影剤の各々の濃度マップを獲得するために当該少なくとも2つの造影剤の各々に関連するデータを分離するように、Kエッジ検出及び/又はヨード描出を用いて前記画像データを処理するステップと、
c.前記血管ネットワークの前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とを前記画像データから判定するステップと、
d.前記第2の造影剤の総量及び前記第2の造影剤の濃度マップに基づいて、前記血管ネットワークの前記第1の部分の部分的血液量マップを算出するステップと、
e.前記第1の造影剤の総量、前記第1の造影剤の濃度マップ、及び前記血管ネットワークの前記第1の部分の部分的血液量マップに基づいて、前記血管ネットワークの前記第2の部分の部分的血液量マップを算出するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記血管ネットワークは、肝臓血管ネットワークであり、動脈サブネットワークと門脈サブネットワークとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血管ネットワークの前記第1の部分は、前記動脈サブネットワークを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記血管ネットワークの前記第2の部分は、前記門脈サブネットワークを含む、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップbは、造影剤を分離するために、Kエッジ検出とヨード描出との両方を用いる、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップbは、造影剤を分離するために、Kエッジ検出のみを用いる、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの造影剤の数は、ちょうど2つである、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 肝臓の部分的切除前の準備段階として用いられる、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記血管ネットワークの前記第1の部分の部分的血液量マップと、前記血管ネットワークの前記第2の部分の部分的血液量マップとを記憶デバイスに保存するステップを含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記記憶デバイスに保存された前記部分的血液量マップからデータベースを生成するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- a.少なくとも1つのKエッジ素材のKエッジ撮像を可能にするために十分なエネルギー分解能を提供する光子計数検出技術を備える医用X線スキャナと、
b.患者に少なくとも2つの造影剤を連続的に注入する手段と、
c.Kエッジ又はヨード描出に基づいて2つの別個の造影剤マップ/画像を生成する再構成ユニットと、
d.動脈及び/又は門脈の部分的血液量マップを算出及び視覚化するための手段と、を含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施する、デバイス。 - プロセッサによって実行されると、当該プロセッサに、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータ可読命令と共に符号化されている、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
