Claims (15)
- 指紋感知システムにおいて、
センサアレイであって、
複数の感知構造と、
前記複数の感知構造のそれぞれに接続され、感知信号を提供するための読み出し回路構成と、を有するセンサアレイと、
前記読み出し回路構成に、高電位と低電位との電位差である、略一定の電源電圧を提供するよう配置される電源回路構成と、を備える指紋感知システムであって、
前記指紋感知システムは、前記電源電圧を実質的に維持しつつ、前記低電位および前記高電位が、前記指紋感知システムを備える装置の装置グラウンド電位に関して可変であるように構成される、
指紋感知システム。 - 前記電源回路構成は、前記装置グラウンド電位に関して変動する、前記低電位としての第一時変電位および前記高電位としての第二時変電位を提供するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記電源回路構成は、電圧源に接続するための入力側と、前記センサアレイに接続する出力側とを有する絶縁回路構成を備え、
前記絶縁回路構成は、電流が前記出力側から前記入力側に流れるのを防ぎ、前記出力側の出力電位が前記入力側の入力電位と異なることを可能にするよう構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の指紋感知システム。 - 前記絶縁回路構成は、前記入力側と前記出力側とのガルバニック絶縁を提供するよう構成される、請求項3に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記センサアレイは、駆動回路構成をさらに備え、前記駆動回路構成は、前記複数の感知構造のそれぞれに接続可能であり、前記駆動回路構成に接続する感知構造の電位を、前記低電位に関して、変化させるよう制御可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記センサアレイから指紋データを取得するための通信インターフェースを介して前記センサアレイに接続される処理回路構成をさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記センサアレイと前記処理回路構成とのガルバニック絶縁を提供するための絶縁回路構成をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記低電位および前記高電位は、前記処理回路構成の装置グラウンド電位に関して可変である、請求項6に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記電源回路構成は、前記処理回路構成が前記センサアレイから指紋データを取得する期間中に、前記低電位および前記高電位のそれぞれを、前記処理回路構成の前記装置グラウンド電位に関して、略一定に保つよう構成される、請求項6に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 指が前記センサアレイの表面に置かれた時に、前記指に電気接触するよう配置された導電構造をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の指紋感知システム。
- 前記センサアレイは、
前記低電位に関して時間変動する、前記読み出し回路構成の動作を同期させるための励振信号を発生させる励振信号発生回路構成と、
前記センサアレイから前記励振信号を出力するための励振信号出力と、を備え、
前記励振信号出力は、前記装置グラウンド電位に導電接続し、それによって、前記低電位および前記高電位を前記装置グラウンド電位に関して時間変動させる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の指紋感知システム。 - 前記指紋感知システムは、前記センサアレイに近接して配置される、指に導電接触するための導電性の指接触構造をさらに備え、
前記センサアレイは、
前記低電位に関して時間変動する、前記読み出し回路構成の動作を同期させるための励振信号を発生させる励振信号発生回路構成と、
前記センサアレイから前記励振信号を出力するための励振信号出力と、を備え、
前記励振信号出力は、前記指接触構造に導電接続し、それによって、前記低電位および前記高電位を前記指の電位に関して時間変動させる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の指紋感知システム。 - 請求項11又は12に記載の指紋感知システムと、
処理回路構成であって、
指の指紋パターンの表示を前記指紋感知システムから取得し、
前記表示に基づいてユーザを認証し、
前記ユーザが前記表示に基づいて認証された場合のみ少なくとも一つのユーザ要求処理を実行するよう構成された処理回路構成と、を備える電子装置であって、
前記指紋感知システムに備えられる前記センサアレイの前記励振信号出力は、前記電子装置の前記装置グラウンド電位に導電接続される、電子装置。 - 複数のセンサ素子を備えるセンサアレイと、
低電位入力および高電位入力を有する、前記センサアレイに電力を供給するための電源インターフェースと、を備える指紋センサを動作させる方法であって、
前記指紋センサを備える装置の装置グラウンド電位に関する第一時変電位を前記電源インターフェースの前記低電位入力に提供し、前記指紋センサを備える装置の装置グラウンド電位に関する第二時変電位を前記電源インターフェースの前記高電位入力に提供し、前記第二時変電位と前記第一時変電位との電位差は略一定電圧である、工程と、
前記第一時変電位および前記第二時変電位を提供しつつ、前記センサ素子のそれぞれから感知信号を取得する工程と、を備える方法。 - 前記指紋センサに備えられる通信インターフェースを介して、指の指紋パターンを示す信号を提供する工程をさらに備え、
前記指の前記指紋パターンを示す前記信号は、誤差修正を可能にするための誤差修正データをさらにエンコードする、請求項14に記載の方法。
