Description
本実施形態に係る医療用液圧検出装置は、流路を流通する液体の圧力を検出可能とされたもので、図1で示す血液浄化装置に適用されたものである。かかる血液浄化装置は、図1に示すように、患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するための透析装置に適用されたもので、血液回路1と、血液浄化器としてのダイアライザ2と、エアトラップチャンバ4とを有して構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 液体の流路に接続され、当該流路にて流通する液体を導入する導入口及びその液体を導出する導出口が形成されるとともに、当該導入口から導出口に流れる過程の液体を所定容量収容し得るチャンバ部と、
該チャンバ部内を前記液体が収容される液室と所定の気体が収容される気室とに画成するとともに、当該液室内の液体の圧力に応じて変形し得るダイアフラムと、
を具備し、前記ダイアフラムの変形により生じた前記気室内の圧力変化に基づいて、前記流路を流通する液体の圧力を検出可能とされた医療用液圧検出装置において、
前記ダイアフラムは、前記液室内の液体に陰圧が生じると一方に変形する陰圧検出用部位と、当該液室内の液体に陽圧が生じると他方に変形する陽圧検出用部位とを有し、前記陰圧検出用部位及び陽圧検出用部位が1つの前記ダイアフラムに形成され、且つ、前記陽圧検出用部位は、前記ダイアフラムにおける中央で前記液室側に突出して形成された部位から成るとともに、前記陰圧検出用部位は、当該ダイアフラムにおける周縁と前記陽圧検出用部位との間で前記気室側に突出して形成された部位から成ることを特徴とする医療用液圧検出装置。 - 前記陰圧検出用部位及び陽圧検出用部位は、下方に向かって弧状に突出又は上方に向かって弧状に突出した部位から成り、緩やかに連続して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 前記チャンバ部は、球状に形成されるとともに、前記液室内の液体に所定以上の陰圧又は陽圧が生じたとき、前記陰圧検出用部位及び陽圧検出用部位が当該チャンバ部の内壁に密着し得ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 前記陰圧検出用部位及び陽圧検出用部位は、略均一の厚さから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 前記導出口は、前記チャンバ部の液室側の上部であって幅方向の中心位置に形成されるとともに、前記導入口は、前記導出口より液室側の下部であって中心位置から幅方向に所定寸法ずれた位置に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 前記陽圧検出用部位は、前記ダイアフラムにおける中央で上方に突出して形成された部位から成り、前記導入口から前記導出口に流れる際に生じる液体の渦流の中心下部に位置することを特徴とする請求項5記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 前記チャンバ部は、その気室内の気体の圧力変化を検出するためのセンサ部と接続可能な接続部が形成されるとともに、当該接続部は、前記センサ部における被接続部をシールしつつ嵌入させ得るシール部材と、当該被接続部を挿通させ得る連通孔とが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載の医療用液圧検出装置。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載の医療用液圧検出装置が接続されたことを特徴とする液体の流路。
- 請求項8記載の液体の流路を具備したことを特徴とする医療装置。
