Claims (24)
- カメラ(26)を有する光検出ユニット(24)と、データ処理ユニット(22)と、光ディスプレイユニット(28)とを含む手持ち式の統合医療ナビゲーションシステム(12)であって、
前記データ処理ユニット(22)が、前記検出ユニット(24)及び前記ディスプレイユニット(28)に連結され、
前記検出ユニット(24)を用いて検出可能である医療用標示装置(38、40)の位置及び/又は配向データが前記データ処理ユニット(22)により処理され且つ該データに関する情報が前記ディスプレイユニット(28)上に提示されることが可能であり、
前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)が更に、絶対参照系の少なくとも1つの空間方向における前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)の傾斜に関する信号を提供するためのセンサユニット(30)を含む、
ナビゲーションシステム(12)と、
前記検出ユニット(24)を用いて検出可能な前記標示装置(38、40)の方向に光を照射可能である照明ユニット(34)と、
前記照明ユニット(34)の前記光を反転するように構成される複数の標示要素(42)を各々が有する2つ以上の標示装置(38、40)と
を含む医療機器において、
前記データ処理ユニット(22)が、
前記標示装置(38、40)により参照される参照点を結ぶ空間ベクトルを各々決定し、前記標示装置(38、40)のうちの1つが、参照座標系を規定するための参照標示装置(38、40)として使用可能であること、
前記空間ベクトルの向きを、前記絶対参照系において、前記センサユニット(30)の信号に基づいて決定すること、及び
2つ以上の前記空間ベクトルの向きに基づいて、前記絶対参照系において平面を規定し、該平面の、任意の参照面に対する傾斜を、前記絶対参照系において決定すること、
を特徴とする機器。 - 請求項1に記載の機器であって、前記参照面が水平面であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の機器であって、前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)が、スマートフォン(20)として又はタブレットコンピュータとして構成されること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)が、前記照明ユニット(34)を含むこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記照明ユニット(34)が、少なくとも1つのLED光源(36)を含むこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記照明ユニット(34)により可視光が照射可能であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記検出ユニット(24)が、厳密に1つのカメラ(26)を含むこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記カメラ(26)を用いて記録可能な画像が、前記ディスプレイユニット(28)上に提示可能であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)が、データを外部受信ユニットに送信するための通信インタフェース(32)を含むこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項9に記載の機器であって、前記データが、前記カメラ(26)を用いて撮影される又は撮影された画像であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記ナビゲーションシステム(12)を、自由に空間移動させることが可能であり、手術器具又はインプラントとのいかなる機械的連結もないこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、少なくとも1つの標示装置(38、40)が、4つ以上の標示要素(42)を含むこと、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、少なくとも1つの標示装置(38、40)が、前記標示要素(42)が保持される保持要素(44)と、コントラスト強調要素(46)とを含み、各々のコントラスト強調要素(46)が、前記標示要素(42)と前記保持要素(44)との間のコントラストを増すために、前記標示要素(42)に関連付けられること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項13に記載の機器であって、前記コントラスト要素(46)がリング(48)として構成され、該リング(48)が、各々の標示要素(42)を包囲すると共に、前記照明ユニット(34)により照射される前記光に対して、前記標示要素(42)の反射率よりも低い反射率を有すること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、少なくとも1つの標示装置(38、40)がフード形の保護要素(50)を含み、該保護要素(50)が、各々の標示要素(42)に関連付けられると共に、前記照明ユニット(34)により照射される前記光に対して透明であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、前記標示装置(38、40)が、前記検出ユニット(24)を用いて同時に検出可能であり、前記空間ベクトルが、前記カメラ(26)の画像に基づいて、前記データ処理ユニット(22)を用いて決定可能であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、
前記機器(10)が、参照されるべき2つ以上の参照要素を含むこと、及び
前記標示装置(38、40)が、前記参照要素に選択的に連結するように適合され、前記参照要素の相対的位置が、前記データ処理ユニット(22)により、前記参照座標系において決定可能であること、
を特徴とする機器。 - 請求項17に記載の機器であって、
前記参照要素が、骨ねじ(52)であり又は骨ねじを含むこと、及び
前記標示装置(38、40)が、延長要素を用いて、前記骨ねじ(52)に連結するように適合されていること、
を特徴とする機器。 - 請求項18に記載の機器であって、前記標示装置(38、40)が、延長要素を用いて、経皮的に前記骨ねじ(52)に連結するように適合されていること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項18又は19に記載の機器であって、前記延長要素が延長管(56)であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、
前記機器(10)が、前記参照要素を接続するための接続要素を含むこと、及び
前記接続要素の幾何学形状が、前記参照要素を接続するために、前記データ処理ユニット(22)により決定可能であること、
を特徴とする機器。 - 請求項21に記載の機器であって、前記接続要素に関する指示が、前記ディスプレイユニット(28)上に提供可能であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項21又は22に記載の機器であって、前記接続要素が、前記標示装置(38、40)のうちの1つに連結するように適合され、前記接続要素の前記参照要素に対する位置が、前記データ処理ユニット(22)により決定可能であり、前記接続要素を案内するための指示が、使用者に対して前記ディスプレイユニット(28)上で提供可能であること、を特徴とする機器。
- 請求項21〜23のいずれか1項に記載の機器であって、
前記接続要素がロッド(54)であること、及び
前記標示装置(40)が、前記ロッド(54)を案内するための挿入具又は埋込み具(60)に固定される又は固定可能であること、
を特徴とする機器。
