Claims (4)
- フロントガラス透過センサー用のアダプターであって、
フロントガラスの内面に取付け可能な第1の面と、前記フロントガラス透過センサーの前面に取付け可能な第2の面とを有するハウジングであって、前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間に密閉容積部を画定し、該密閉容積部は、前記フロントガラス透過センサーに対して、該密閉容積部に隣接する前記フロントガラスの領域を通した前記フロントガラス透過センサーによる検知を可能にするように配置される、ハウジングと、
前記密閉容積部と連通し、前記密閉容積部内の空気を加熱して、前記密閉容積部に隣接する前記フロントガラスの前記領域を加熱することによって、環境中の水分に抗して前記フロントガラスの透明度を向上させる、電気抵抗ヒーターと、
を備えており、
前記電気抵抗ヒーターは、前記密閉容積部内に延在し、前記密閉容積部に隣接する前記フロントガラスの領域の周縁部において前記フロントガラスに取り付けられる第1の部分を有し、
前記電気抵抗ヒーターは、可撓性基板上の導電性ポリマーであり、前記ハウジングの壁に取り付けるために前記第1の部分の平面に対して変形可能な第2の部分を更に有しており、
前記第2の部分は、前記ハウジングの最も下の側壁に取り付けられており、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、可撓性材料製の単一の連続シートから形成することができ、前記第2の部分は、前記単一の連続シートの前記第1の部分の内側の領域から形成される、アダプター。 - 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記第1の部分の内側かつ前記第2の部分の外側で前記単一の連続シートから形成される可撓性アームによって電気的に接合される、請求項1に記載のアダプター。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記フロントガラス透過センサーの機械的支持体を提供する、請求項1に記載のアダプター。
- 車両の外側の検知された環境を表す信号を提供するフロントガラス透過センサーと、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアダプターと、を備える車両用センサーシステムであって、
前記フロントガラス透過センサーは、光学撮像カメラ及びレーダーシステムからなる群から選択される、車両用センサーシステム。
