Claims (4)
- アンビルとホーンとを用いて電線の導体を構成している複数本の素線同士を超音波接合する電線の導体の超音波接合方法において、
前記ホーンは複数設けられており、前記各ホーンのうちの少なくとも1つのホーンの振動形態が、残りのホーンの振動形態とは異なっており、
前記各ホーンのそれぞれは、前記電線の素線に接する導体接触体を備えて構成されており、
前記各導体接触体は、1つの超音波振動子で振動するように構成されており、
前記各導体接触体のうちの少なくとも1つの導体接触体の材質、形状の少なくともいずれかが、前記各導体接触体のうちの他の導体接触体のものとは異なっていることを特徴とする電線の導体の超音波接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電線の導体の超音波接合方法によって、長手方向の一部で所定の長さにわたって被覆が非存在であることで前記導体が露出している前記電線の、前記露出している導体の長手方向の一部で、前記導体を接合して接合部位を形成する接合部位形成工程と、
前記接合部位形成工程で接合部位を形成した後、ワイヤバレル部を備えた端子を、前記ワイヤバレル部の、前記電線の被覆側に位置している端が、前記接合部位の、前記被覆側に位置している端よりも、前記被覆側に位置するようにして、前記ワイヤバレル部が前記接合部位の少なくとも一部を覆うように、前記電線に前記端子を設置する端子設置工程と、
を有することを特徴とする端子付き電線の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の端子付き電線の製造方法において、
前記電線の長手方向と前記ワイヤバレル部の前後方向とがお互いに一致しており、
前後方向で、前記接合部位が前記ワイヤバレル部の内側に位置していることを特徴とする端子付き電線の製造方法。 - 導体を構成している複数本の素線同士の長手方向の少なくとも一部に接合部位が形成されている電線において、
前記接合部位の表面の一部には、第1の被押圧部と第2の被押圧部ととが形成されており、前記第1の被押圧部と前記第2の被押圧部との間には、非押圧部が形成されていることを特徴とする電線。
