Claims (20)
- 低放射率パネルを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
透明基板を提供するステップと、
前記透明基板上に銀を含む第1の層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の層上にニッケル、チタン、及びニオブの合金を含む第2の層を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記合金中のニッケルの割合は5から15重量%であり、前記合金中のチタンの割合は30から50重量%であり、前記合金中のニオブの割合は40から60重量%である、方法。 - 前記第2の層の厚さは、0.3nm〜7nmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の層は、酸素をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層の厚さは、15nm未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明基板上に金属酸化物を含む第3の層を形成するステップをさらに含み、前記第1の層は、前記第3の層上に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層は、前記第3の層の真上に形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の層は、酸化亜鉛、ドープ酸化亜鉛、酸化スズ、又は、ドープ酸化スズを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の層は、前記第1の層の真上に形成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 低放射率パネルを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
透明基板を提供するステップと、
前記透明基板上に金属酸化物を含む第1の層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の層上に銀を含む第2の層を形成するステップと、
前記第2の層上にニッケル、チタン、及びニオブの合金を含む第3の層を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記合金中のニッケルの割合は5から15重量%であり、前記合金中のチタンの割合は30から50重量%であり、前記合金中のニオブの割合は40から60重量%である、方法。 - 前記第3の層は、酸素をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の層は、前記第1の層の真上に形成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の層は、前記第2の層の真上に形成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の層の真上に第4の層を形成するステップをさらに含み、前記第4の層は、二酸化チタン、窒化ケイ素、二酸化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、酸化ニオブ、SiZrN、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、又はこれらの組み合せのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層及び前記第4の層は、それぞれが酸化亜鉛を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第4の層上に光学充填材層として動作可能な第5の層を形成するステップと、
前記第5の層上に第6の層を形成するステップと、
をさらに含み、
前記第6の層は、窒化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、酸化ニオブ、SiZrN、又はこれらの組み合せのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 低放射率パネルを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
透明基板を提供するステップと、
前記透明基板上に窒化物を含む下部保護層を形成するステップと、
酸化亜鉛を含む前記下部保護層上にシード層を形成するステップと、
前記シード層上に銀を含み、15nm未満の厚さを有する反射層を形成するステップと、
前記反射層の上にニッケル、チタン及びニオブの合金を含むバリア層を形成するステップであって、前記合金中のニッケルの割合は5から15重量%であり、前記合金中のチタンの割合は30から50重量%であり、前記合金中のニオブの割合は40から60重量%である、ステップと、
前記バリア層上に酸化亜鉛を含む金属酸化物層を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記反射層は、前記シード層の真上に形成される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層は、前記反射層の真上に形成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層の厚さは、0.3nm〜7nmである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層は、前記合金からなる、請求項16に記載の方法。
