Claims (3)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸の外周に配置されて複数の摩擦材が軸方向に沿って交互に積層されてなる摩擦係合部を有する動力伝達要素と、
軸方向に沿って移動可能に設置され、前記摩擦係合部を押圧して前記複数の摩擦材同士を係合させる環状の押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材を前記摩擦係合部から離間する方へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材を保持する環状のスプリングガイドと、を備え、
前記付勢部材は、複数回巻回されたウェーブスプリングであり、
前記ウェーブスプリングが前記押圧部材に当接する前記押圧部材側の当接部は、前記押圧部材の内周縁の全周に沿って配置されるとともに、前記ウェーブスプリングに対する周方向の摩擦を低減するように加工され、
前記スプリングガイドは、前記ウェーブスプリングと同一軸線上に並ぶように配置され、
前記スプリングガイドには、前記押圧部材の回り止めを行うために前記押圧部材に係合する係合片が形成される
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記当接部は、摩擦係数の低い皮膜により覆われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記当接部は、リン酸マンガンの皮膜により覆われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。
