Claims (8)
- 電動機と、
この電動機により回転されるファンとを具備し、
前記電動機は、
ステータと、
このステータにより回転可能に配置され前記ファンと接続されるロータと、
これらステータおよびロータを収容するフレームとを備え、
前記ステータは、
前記ロータに対向する対をなすコア歯部をそれぞれ備える複数のステータコアと、
これらステータコアのそれぞれに取り付けられ、前記コア歯部に固定磁極を形成する巻線部と、
前記ステータコア間に挿入され、前記各ステータコアをそれぞれ前記フレームに押し付けるスペーサとを有し、
前記フレームは、前記スペーサにより押し付けられた前記各ステータコアの位置を前記ロータの回転方向に規制する規制部を有している
ことを特徴とした電動送風機。 - スペーサは、ステータコア間を充填して配置されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の電動送風機。 - 巻線部は、
導電体により構成された巻線と、
ステータコアに取り付けられ、このステータコアと前記巻線とを絶縁する絶縁体とを備え、
スペーサは、各前記巻線部の前記絶縁体間を充填して配置されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の電動送風機。 - 巻線部は、
導電体により構成された巻線と、
ステータコアに取り付けられ、このステータコアと前記巻線とを絶縁する絶縁体とを備え、
スペーサは、前記ステータコア間および各前記巻線部の前記絶縁体間を充填して配置されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の電動送風機。 - ロータの回転位置を検出する位置検出手段を具備し、
スペーサは、ステータコア間に位置し前記位置検出手段の少なくとも一部が収納される収納部を備えている
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の電動送風機。 - スペーサは、非磁性体により構成されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載の電動送風機。 - スペーサは、フレームより軟質の材質で形成されている
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし6いずれか一記載の電動送風機。 - 請求項1ないし7いずれか一記載の電動送風機と、
この電動送風機の動作により空気とともに吸い込んだ塵埃を捕集する集塵部と
を具備したことを特徴とした電気掃除機。
