Description
上流側開口、下流側開口、及び該上流側開口から該下流側開口にまで延びる流体通路を有するケーシングと、
上流側端部、下流側端部、及び該上流側端部から該下流側端部にまで延びる連通路を有し、該流体通路内において該ケーシングに固定された弁座部材であって、該流体通路の下流側に面する端面に弁座面が形成された弁座部材と、
該弁座部材とは別体とされ、該弁座部材の該下流側端部に取り外し可能に取り付けられて、該流体通路内において該下流側端部から下流側に延在し内側に弁体収容空間を画定する筒状の弁体ハウジングと、
該弁体ハウジングの該弁体収容空間内において該弁体収容空間の長手軸線の方向で摺動可能に配置された弁体であって、該弁座部材の該弁座面に当接して該連通路を閉止する閉止位置と、該閉止位置よりも下流側に位置し該弁座面から離れて該連通路を開放する開放位置との間で変位可能とされた弁体と、
を備える逆止弁を提供する。
該ケーシングが、該上流側開口を有する第1のケーシング部材と、該下流側開口を有し該第1のケーシング部材に連結された第2のケーシング部材とを備え、
該弁座部材が、径方向外側に突出したシール部を有し、該シール部が該第1のケーシング部材と該第2のケーシング部材との間に狭着されることにより、該第1及び第2のケーシング部材の間を密封して該ケーシングに固定され、
該弁座部材が該下流側端部の外周面に雄ねじ部を有し、該弁体ハウジングが内周面に雌ねじ部を有し、該雌ねじ部を該雄ねじ部に螺合することにより該弁体ハウジングが該弁座部材に取り付けられるようにされており、
該弁座部材の外周面に、該弁体ハウジングが取り付けられたときに該弁体ハウジングの上流側端面が当接する当接面と、該当接面と該シール部との間の位置に形成された周方向に延びる歪抑制溝と、を有するようにすることができる。

Claims (2)
- 上流側開口、下流側開口、及び該上流側開口から該下流側開口にまで延びる流体通路を有するケーシングと、
上流側端部、下流側端部、及び該上流側端部から該下流側端部にまで延びる連通路を有し、該流体通路内において該ケーシングに固定された弁座部材であって、該流体通路の下流側に面する端面に弁座面が形成された弁座部材と、
該弁座部材とは別体とされ、該弁座部材の該下流側端部に取り外し可能に取り付けられて、該流体通路内において該下流側端部から下流側に延在し内側に弁体収容空間を画定する筒状の弁体ハウジングと、
該弁体ハウジングの該弁体収容空間内において該弁体収容空間の長手軸線の方向で摺動可能に配置された弁体であって、該弁座部材の該弁座面に当接して該連通路を閉止する閉止位置と、該閉止位置よりも下流側に位置し該弁座面から離れて該連通路を開放する開放位置との間で変位可能とされた弁体と、
を備え、
該ケーシングが、該上流側開口を有する第1のケーシング部材と、該下流側開口を有し該第1のケーシング部材に連結された第2のケーシング部材とを備え、
該弁座部材が、径方向外側に突出したシール部を有し、該シール部が該第1のケーシング部材と該第2のケーシング部材との間に狭着されることにより、該第1及び第2のケーシング部材の間を密封して該ケーシングに固定され、
該弁座部材が該下流側端部の外周面に雄ねじ部を有し、該弁体ハウジングが内周面に雌ねじ部を有し、該雌ねじ部を該雄ねじ部に螺合することにより該弁体ハウジングが該弁座部材に取り付けられるようにされており、
該弁座部材の外周面に、該弁体ハウジングが取り付けられたときに該弁体ハウジングの上流側端面が当接する当接面と、該当接面と該シール部との間の位置に形成された周方向に延びる歪抑制溝と、を有するようにされた、逆止弁。 - 該弁座部材の該弁座面が、該流体通路の下流側に向かって拡径した円錐状面である、請求項1に記載の逆止弁。
