などの経路を介してN2Oが形成可能になる。したがって、NOx転換を改善し、N2O生成を低減する改善されたSCR触媒が依然として必要とされている。本発明は、とりわけこれらの必要を満たすものである。
CHA骨格を有し、約25のSARを有するNH4 +型ゼオライトの試料を室温で酢酸銅溶液に添加して、銅交換ゼオライトを生成した。銅交換ゼオライトを乾燥、600℃でか焼し、ゼオライトの重量に対して約3.3重量%の銅を有するゼオライトを得た。
CHA骨格を有し、約13のSARを有するNH4 +型ゼオライトの試料を室温で酢酸銅溶液に添加して、銅交換ゼオライトを生成した。銅交換ゼオライトを乾燥、約600℃でか焼し、ゼオライトの重量に対して約3.5重量%の銅を有するゼオライトを得た。
Claims (12)
- 排気ガスを処理するための触媒であって、銅により促進された第1のゼオライトと、H+型、NH4 +型、アルカリ金属型、又はアルカリ土類金属型の少なくとも1つである第2のゼオライトとのブレンドを含み、第1及び第2のゼオライトが同じ骨格構造を有し、第1及び第2のゼオライトがCHA骨格を有する、触媒。
- 第2のゼオライトがカルシウムを含有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第2のゼオライトが遷移金属を含まない、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第2のゼオライトが非骨格金属を含まない、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第1のゼオライトと第2のゼオライトとが異なるシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第1のゼオライトが、第2のゼオライトに比べて低いシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第1のゼオライト及び第2のゼオライトが独立して、10〜35のシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第1及び第2のゼオライトが同じシリカ対アルミナ比を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 第2及び第1のゼオライトが0.1〜1の相対比で存在する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 排気ガスを処理するための触媒物品であって、請求項1に記載の触媒を含有する多孔質ハニカム基材を含む触媒物品。
- 排気ガスを処理する方法であって、NOxを含有する排気ガス流を、請求項1に記載の触媒の存在下で還元体と接触させることを含み、接触によって、NOxの少なくとも一部がN2及び水に選択還元される方法。
- 前記接触が150〜600℃の温度で起こる、請求項11に記載の方法。
