Description
Claims (20)
- 切開手術部位に対する排煙システムであって、
a)前端キャップ及び後端キャップを有するハウジングを備えるフィルターアセンブリであって、前記前端キャップが、前側入口ポートと、環境空気に対して開口する前側出口通気スロットとを有し、前記後端キャップが、シールされた後側入口ポートと、シールされた後側出口ポートとを有し、前記フィルターアセンブリは、さらに、前記前端キャップの前記前側入口ポートと前記後端キャップの前記後側出口ポートとを連通させる内部入口流路と、前記後端キャップの前記後側出口ポートと前記前端キャップの前側出口通気スロットとを連通させる内部出口流路と、前記手術部位から前記フィルターアセンブリに引き込まれた空気を濾過するために前記内部入口流路内に配置されるフィルター部材とを備えるフィルターアセンブリと、
b)前記フィルターアセンブリの前記前側入口ポートに接続される近位端部を有する可撓性導管と、
c)前記手術部位からスモークで満ちた空気を引き出し、前記導管を通して前記フィルターアセンブリ内に引き込むように、前記可撓性導管の遠位端部に取外し可能に接続するように構成される排煙器と、
を備える、排煙システム。 - 前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部は、前記排煙器に連結されるカップリングに接続する機械式継手を備える、請求項1に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記排煙器は、周面に複数の離間した煙インテークポートを有する形態変更可能な排煙チューブを含む、請求項2に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記排煙チューブは、両端部が閉鎖される、請求項3に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記排煙チューブは、開放端部及び閉鎖端部を有する、請求項3に記載の排煙システム。
- スロット付きのインテークノズルが、各煙インテークポートに作動的に連結される、請求項3に記載の排煙システム。
- 分岐チューブが、前記排煙チューブから前記可撓性導管まで延在する、請求項4に記載の排煙システム。
- 少なくとも1つのドレープクリップが、前記排煙器に作動的に連結される、請求項1に記載の排煙システム。
- 回転式カップリングが、前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部における前記継手に接続する前記排煙チューブの前記開放端部に作動的に連結される、請求項5に記載の排煙システム。
- 回転式カップリングが、前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部における前記継手に接続する前記分岐チューブの開放端部に作動的に連結される、請求項7に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記排煙器は、遠位端部に作動的に連結される吸引ノズルと、前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部における前記継手に接続する、近位端部に作動的に連結される回転式カップリングとを備える蛇腹状チューブを含む、請求項2に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記吸引ノズルは、細長いインテークチューブによって画定される、請求項11に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記インテークチューブは、外方に広がったインテークポートを有する、請求項12に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記インテークチューブは、複数のインテークポートが形成された弓状のインテークフランジを有する、請求項12に記載の排煙システム。
- 切開手術部位に対する排煙システムであって、
a)前端キャップ及び後端キャップを有するハウジングを備えるフィルターアセンブリであって、前記前端キャップが、前側入口ポートと、環境空気に対して開口する前側出口通気スロットとを有し、前記後端キャップが、シールされた後側入口ポートと、シールされた後側出口ポートとを有し、前記フィルターアセンブリは、さらに、前記前端キャップの前記前側入口ポートと前記後端キャップの前記後側出口ポートとを連通させる内部入口流路と、前記後端キャップの前記後側出口ポートと前記前端キャップの前側出口通気スロットとを連通させる内部出口流路と、前記手術部位から前記フィルターアセンブリに引き込まれた空気を濾過するために前記内部入口流路内に配置されるフィルター部材とを備えるフィルターアセンブリと、
b)前記フィルターアセンブリの前記前側入口ポートに接続される近位端部と、機械式継手が付属する遠位端部とを有する可撓性導管と、
c)前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部における前記継手に取外し可能に接続するように構成されているとともに、前記手術部位からスモークを引き出し、前記導管を通して前記フィルターアセンブリ内に引き込む、周面に複数の離間した煙インテークポートを有する形態変更可能な排煙チューブと、
を備える、排煙システム。 - 前記排煙チューブは、開放端部及び閉鎖端部を有する、請求項15に記載の排煙システム。
- 前記排煙チューブは、両端部が閉鎖される、請求項15に記載の排煙システム。
- 分岐チューブが、前記排煙チューブの中央セクションから前記可撓性導管まで延在する、請求項17に記載の排煙システム。
- スロット付きのインテークノズルが、各煙インテークポートに作動的に連結される、請求項15に記載の排煙システム。
- 回転式カップリングが、前記可撓性導管の前記遠位端部における前記継手に取外し可能に接続する前記排煙チューブに作動的に連結される、請求項15に記載の排煙システム。
