添付された図面に関連して以下に記載される詳細な説明は、連続的な患者の換気のためのシステムの現在考慮されている複数の実施形態を記載するものとして意図されている。同システムは、呼吸を支援するために患者に呼吸ガスを送達し、かつ呼吸周期を通して選択的な圧力増強のための種々の方法を実行する。この記載は、開示された発明が明らかになる、又は使用される形態のみを示すことを意図していない。記載は、例示された実施形態に関連して機能及び特徴を説明している。しかしながら、同一の或いは同等の機能が異なる実施形態によって実施できることが理解されるべきであり、同異なる実施形態もまた本開示の範囲内に包含されるべきものであることが意図されている。第1の及び第2のような関係語の使用は、実際のいかなる関係又はそのような実在物間の順序を必ずしも要求する又は意味することなく、一方の実在物を別の実在物と区別するためのみに使用されることもまた理解される。
Claims (16)
- 換気装置であって、前記換気装置は、
圧縮された酸素強化ガスを備えた酸素源に連結される入口ポートと、
患者の呼吸経路に装備されるように構成された患者インターフェースにガス送達導管を介して連結される出口ポートと、
前記入口ポートに空気連通可能である入口と、前記出口ポートに空気連通可能である出口とを有する弁と、
患者インターフェースの圧力を測定する第1の圧力センサであって、前記患者インターフェースは圧力センサラインを介して同第1の圧力センサに連結されている、第1の圧力センサと、
弁出口圧を測定する第2の圧力センサと、
前記第1の圧力センサ及び前記第2の圧力センサと連通しているコントローラであって、前記第1の圧力センサの測定値と前記第2の圧力センサの測定値との圧力差に基づいて、患者の吸気相及び患者の呼気相を検出するコントローラと、
を含み、前記圧縮された酸素強化ガスは、検出された患者の吸気相の間に前記患者インターフェースに送達され、かつ検出された患者の呼気相の間に排出され、
前記コントローラはトリガリミットを決定することによって前記患者の吸気相を検出し、前記トリガリミットは、所定のトリガ定数に前記圧力差の平均を加算したものによって定義され、前記患者の吸気相は圧力差が前記トリガリミットより大きいときに検出され、
前記コントローラは、周期定数を乗じた最大圧力差によって定義される周期リミットを決定することによって前記患者の呼気相を検出し、前記患者の呼気相は圧力差が前記周期リミットよりも小さいときに検出される、換気装置。 - 前記弁の完全に開いた位置の直径は、ガス送達導管の直径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 請求項1に記載の換気装置は、ガスの流速を測定するフローセンサであって、前記弁の出口及び前記出口ポートとインラインにて接続されているフローセンサを更に含み、
前記コントローラは、前記フローセンサの測定値にさらに基づいて、前記患者の吸気相及び前記患者の呼気相を検出する、換気装置。 - 一つ以上の患者呼吸周期にわたるガスの流速の平均は、リーク定数を定義する、請求項3に記載の換気装置。
- 前記コントローラは前記弁を開いて前記圧縮された酸素強化ガスの前記患者インターフェースへの流れを誘導し、前記流れを低減するために前記弁を閉じる、請求項3に記載の換気装置。
- 前記コントローラは、第1の比例・積分・微分(PID)コントローラと、第2のPIDコントローラとを含み、前記第1のPIDコントローラは、ガスの流速にわたり第1の制御ループの一部であり、前記第2のPIDコントローラは、前記第1の制御ループとともに、前記患者インターフェースの圧力と設定圧力との間の誤差を最小にするための第2の制御ループの一部である、請求項3に記載の換気装置。
- 前記コントローラは前記弁を開いて患者換気インターフェースにおける圧力差を誘導し、弁を閉じて前記圧力差を低減する、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 一つ以上の患者呼吸周期にわたる平均圧力差は、リーク定数を定義する、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記コントローラは、第1の比例・積分・微分(PID)コントローラと、第2のPIDコントローラとを含み、前記第1のPIDコントローラは、弁出口圧にわたり第1の制御ループの一部であり、前記第2のPIDコントローラは、前記第1の制御ループとともに、前記患者インターフェースの圧力と設定圧力との間の誤差を最小にするための第2の制御ループの一部である、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記ガス送達導管及び前記圧力センサラインは一体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記ガス送達導管及び前記圧力センサラインは分離している、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記酸素源は、前記圧縮された酸素強化ガスを含有するタンクである、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記酸素源は、圧縮器と空気連通可能な酸素濃縮装置である、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記酸素濃縮装置は、酸素強化ガスを第1の圧力レベルにて前記圧縮器に出力し、
前記圧縮器は、前記酸素濃縮装置に空気圧式に連結される入口と、アキュムレータに空気圧式に連結される出口とを有するポンプを含み、同出口は、前記圧縮された酸素強化ガスを、前記第1の圧力レベルとは異なる第2の圧力レベルにて出力する、請求項13に記載の換気装置。 - 前記所定のトリガ定数は医師によって入力される値である、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
- 前記所定のトリガ定数は患者によって入力される値である、請求項1に記載の換気装置。
