Description
図1において、1は全体として撹拌装置を示し、液撹拌部2の方形形状を有する撹拌液槽3内に入れられている撹拌液4に、上方から垂直方向に円筒形状を有する撹拌機本体5が差し込まれている。
図4は第2の実施の形態の撹拌装置1を示すもので、図2との対応部分に同一符号を付して示す。
図6は第3の実施の形態を示すもので、図2との対応部分に同一符号を付して示す。
(4−1)図1〜3及び図6〜7のような嫌気性撹拌の実施の形態は、例えば製剤溶出試験装置のような高い精度を要求される撹拌槽に適用して好適であるが、撹拌装置1の適用範囲はこれに限らず、種々の用途に用いることができる。
Claims (4)
- 撹拌液槽内において、上端が天板によって閉塞された円筒筐体でなる円筒回転部材を、上記天板に固着された回転駆動軸によって当該円筒筐体の中心軸線を中心として回転させる撹拌機本体を有し、
上記円筒回転部材は、
上記円筒筐体の周面に穿設された複数の放出開口と、
上記円筒筐体の内周面に内方に突出するように設けられた複数の押出突板部と、
上記円筒筐体の下端に設けられた吸込開口手段と
を有し、
上記円筒回転部材は、上記回転駆動軸によって回転駆動された時、上記押出突板部によって、内在する撹拌液を上記中心軸線の周りの空間に循環させる内部循環流を生起させて当該内部循環流を形成する上記撹拌液を遠心力によって上記放出開口から外部放出流として外部に放出させると共に、外部の撹拌液を上記吸込開口手段から吸込流として内部に取り込ませ、
上記円筒回転部材は、上記円筒筐体の下面を底板によって閉塞されると共に当該底板に上記吸込開口手段として吸込筒部を設けた
ことを特徴とする撹拌装置。 - 上記円筒筐体の天板に撹拌液吸込用透孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。 - 上記回転駆動軸をパイプ状とした
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。 - 上記押出突板部を、上記放出開口の上記回転方向端縁に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。
