- Hydraulic Clutches, Magnetic Clutches, Fluid Clutches, And Fluid Joints (AREA)
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る四輪駆動車の概略の構成を示す構成図である。この四輪駆動車200は、駆動力伝達系201,駆動源としてのエンジン202,トランスミッション203,主駆動輪としての前輪204L,204R及び補助駆動輪としての後輪205L,205Rを備えている。エンジン202は、四輪駆動車200を発進及び加速させる走行用の駆動源の一例であるが、エンジン及び電動モータを駆動源としてもよい。また、エンジンに替えて電動モータを車両の走行用の駆動源としてもよい。
制御装置C0は、ROM(Read Only Memory)やRAM(Random Access Memory)等の記憶素子からなる記憶部C1と、記憶部C1に記憶されたプログラムに従って動作するCPU(Central Processing Unit)等を有する制御部C2と、後述する駆動力伝達装置1の電動モータ5を制御するモータ制御回路C3とを有している。
図2は駆動力伝達装置1を示す断面図である。図3は、駆動力伝達装置1のクラッチ機構1Aを示す断面図である。
多板クラッチ8は、図3に示すように、回転軸線O方向に並列する複数のインナクラッチプレート80及び複数のアウタクラッチプレート81を有する摩擦式のクラッチからなり、中間シャフト12とインナシャフト13との間に配置されている。
中間シャフト12は、図3に示すように、第1エレメント120及び第2エレメント121からなり、後輪側のアクスルシャフト213Rの回転軸線O上に配置され、かつ装置ケース4内に針状ころ軸受122,123を介して回転可能に支持されている。
インナシャフト13は、その一部が中間シャフト12の第2エレメント121の内側に収容され、中間シャフト12と同軸上(回転軸線O上)で相対回転可能に支持されている。インナシャフト13は、中間シャフト12に針状ころ軸受130,131を介して支持され、ケース蓋体41に玉軸受132を介して回転可能に支持されている。また、インナシャフト13は、軸線方向片側(図1に示す後輪205R側)に開口する有底円筒状であり、その開口部内に後輪側のアクスルシャフト213R(図1に示す)が挿入され、アクスルシャフト213Rとスプライン嵌合によって相対回転不能かつ軸方向に相対移動可能に連結されている。
図5はカム機構16を示す斜視図である。カム機構16は、カム部材17,リテーナ18及び転動部材19を有し、インナシャフト13の外周囲に配置されている。カム機構16は、電動モータ5の回転力を多板クラッチ8を押付力するカム推力に変換する。
次に、本実施の形態に示す駆動力伝達装置の動作について説明する。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態に係る駆動力伝達装置1000Aは、第2の実施の形態に係る駆動力伝達装置1000に対して圧力制御弁1105が設けられた構成が主として異なり、四輪駆動車200Aにおける配置位置は、第2の実施の形態に係る駆動力伝達装置1000の配置位置(図10参照)と同じである。また、本実施の形態に係る制御装置Cの油圧制御回路C4は、圧力制御弁1105の制御油圧を制御するように構成されている。以下、本実施の形態に係る駆動力伝達装置1000Aの構成、及び制御装置Cによる制御について、図13及び図14を参照して詳細に説明する。
Claims (9)
- 内周面に回転軸方向に延びる複数の内周スプライン歯が形成された外側回転部材と、
前記外側回転部材の内側で前記外側回転部材と同軸上で相対回転可能に支持され、外周面に前記回転軸方向に延びる複数の外周スプライン歯が形成された内側回転部材と、
前記複数の内周スプライン歯に軸方向移動可能に係合した複数のアウタクラッチプレート、及び前記複数の外周スプライン歯に軸方向移動可能に係合した複数のインナクラッチプレートを前記回転軸方向に交互に配置してなる多板クラッチと、
前記多板クラッチを前記回転軸方向に押圧する押圧機構と、
前記押圧機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、車両走行状態に基づいて駆動力指令値を算出すると共に、前記外側回転部材と前記内側回転部材との相対回転速度が所定値以上の状態で前記多板クラッチが押圧されて摩擦係合した第1の作動状態か、前記相対回転速度が前記所定値未満の状態で前記多板クラッチが押圧されて摩擦係合した第2の作動状態かを判定し、前記判定の結果が前記第1の作動状態である場合、前記判定の結果が前記第2の作動状態である場合に比較して、前記駆動力指令値に対して前記押圧機構が発生すべき押圧力を高くする、
駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記外側回転部材と前記内側回転部材との間で伝達すべき駆動力の指令値と前記押圧機構が発生すべき押圧力に関連した制御目標値との関係を定義した第1及び第2の特性マップを前記第1及び第2の制御状態に応じて選択的に参照して前記押圧機構を制御し、
前記第2の作動状態である場合に前記制御部が参照する前記第2の特性マップは、前記第1の作動状態である場合に前記制御部が参照する前記第1の特性マップよりも前記押圧力が小さくなるように前記制御目標値が設定されている、
請求項1に記載の駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記押圧機構は、電動モータと、前記電動モータのトルクを前記多板クラッチの押圧力に変換する変換機構とを有する、
請求項2に記載の駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の特性マップは、前記制御目標値として前記電動モータが発生すべきトルクを定義したものである、
請求項3に記載の駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の特性マップは、前記制御目標値として前記電動モータの回転角度を定義したものである、
請求項3に記載の駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記押圧機構は、前記多板クラッチを押圧するピストンと、前記ピストンの作動油室に作動油を供給する油圧ポンプとを有する、
請求項2に記載の駆動力伝達制御装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の特性マップは、前記制御目標値として前記油圧ポンプが発生すべき油圧を定義したものである、
