Description
(A)25〜84.99重量%の、50重量%以上のカプロラクタム量を有する少なくとも1種のカプロラクタム含有ポリアミド(A1)及び少なくとも1種のさらなるポリアミド(A2)、
(B)15〜70重量%の、少なくとも1種の充填強化剤、
(C)0.01〜5.0重量%の、少なくとも1種の無機ラジカル捕捉剤、
(D)0〜5.0重量%の、無機ラジカル捕捉剤(C)とは異なる少なくとも1種の熱安定剤
(E)0〜20.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤
(ここで、成分(A)〜(E)は合計100重量%となる)。
−ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム及びルテチウムから選択されるランタノイドの、フッ化物、塩化物、臭化物、ヨウ化物、オキシハロゲン化物、硫酸塩、硝酸塩、リン酸塩、クロム酸塩、過塩素酸塩、シュウ酸塩、モノカルコゲニド(硫黄、セレン及びテルル)、炭酸塩、水酸化物、酸化物、トリフルオロメタンスルホナート、アセチルアセトナート、アルコラート、2-エチルヘキサノエート、及び
−上述した塩の水和物、及び
−前述した化合物の混合物
a)ジカルボン酸であって、ジカルボン酸の総量に対して少なくとも50モル%のテレフタル酸を含むジカルボン酸
b)ジアミンであって、ジアミンの総量に対して、少なくとも80モル%の炭素原子数4〜18(好ましくは炭素原子数6〜12)の脂肪族ジアミンを含むジアミン、及び
c)任意に、ラクタム及び/又はアミノカルボン酸
から製造される。
a)ジカルボン酸の総量に対して、50〜100モル%のテレフタル酸及び/又はナフタレンジカルボン酸、及び、0〜50モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数6〜12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸、及び/又は、0〜50モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数8〜20の脂環式ジカルボン酸、及び/又は、0〜50モル%のイソフタル酸、
b)ジアミンの総量に対して、80〜100モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数4〜18(好ましくは、炭素原子数6〜12)の脂肪族ジアミン、及び、0〜20モル%の少なくとも1種の、好ましくは炭素原子数6〜20の脂環式ジアミン(例えば、PACM、MACM、IPDA等)、及び/又は、0〜20モル%の少なくとも1種の芳香脂肪族ジアミン、MXDA及びPXDA、及び、
c)0〜20モル%の、それぞれ炭素原子数6〜12のアミノカルボン酸及び/又はラクタム
から製造される。
a)ガラスファイバー及び/又はカーボンファイバーであって、好ましくは0.2〜50mmの範囲の長さ及び/又は5〜40μmの直径を有するもの及び/又はエンドレスファイバー(ロービング)
b)粒子状のフィラー、好ましくは、天然の及び/又は合成の層状ケイ酸塩、タルク、マイカ、ケイ酸塩、石英、二酸化チタン、珪灰石、カオリン、非晶質ケイ酸、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、白墨、石灰、長石、硫酸バリウム、非中空あるいは中空ガラスボール又は粉末ガラス、永久磁性のあるいは磁化可能な金属化合物、及び/又は、合金、及び/又は、これらの混合物をベースとする無機フィラー、及び/又は
c)それらの混合物
a)一価もしくは二価の銅化合物、例えば、一価もしくは二価の銅と無機もしくは有機酸あるいは一価もしくは二価のフェノールとの塩、一価もしくは二価の銅酸化物、又はアンモニア、アミン、アミド、ラクタム、シアン化物もしくはホスフィンと銅塩からなる錯化合物、好ましくは、ハロゲン化水素酸の、もしくはシアン化水素酸のCu(I)もしくはCu(II)の塩、又は脂肪族カルボン酸の銅塩、特に好ましくは、CuCl,CuBr,CuI,CuCN及びCu2O,CuCl2,CuSO4,CuO,酢酸銅(II)又はステアリン酸銅(II)、
b)芳香族第二級アミン系安定剤、
c)立体障害フェノール系安定剤、
d)ホスファイト及びホスホナイト、及び
e)それらの混合物
本発明に係る実施例E1及び比較例CE1の成形材料は、Werner&Pfleiderer社製のツインシャフト押出機、Type ZSK25で製造された。表2に、成形材料の合計量(100重量%)に対する重量%(wt%)で示された、出発原料の成分量が、ツインシャフト押出機で混ぜ合わされた。ポリアミド顆粒は、供給ゾーンに、ドライブレンドとしての添加剤とともに計量投入され、一方、ガラスファイバーがノズルの前でサイド・フィーダー3ハウジングユニットを通してポリマー溶融物中に計量投入される。ハウジングの温度は、280℃までの上昇プロファイルとして設定された。150rpmで10kgの処理量が達成された。水浴中でのストランドの冷却、造粒及び120℃24時間の乾燥後、ISO試験片を形成するために、コンパウンドの射出成形が行われた。Arburg Allrounder 320-210-750射出成形機を用いて、ゾーン1〜4では275℃〜290℃のシリンダー温度、及び100℃の金型温度にて、射出成形が行われた。
b)ISO 307により測定(100mLのm-クレゾール中0.5gのポリアミド)、相対粘度(RV)の計算は、スタンダードのセクション11の RV=t/t0による;
c)KIの供給者、ステアリン酸Caとの混合はEMSで行われた。
ポリアミド(A1)の相対粘度:
相対粘度(ηrel)は、100mLの96%硫酸中に溶解された1.0gのポリマーの溶液について、20℃の温度で、DIN EN ISO 307によって測定された。相対粘度(RV)の計算は、スタンダードのセクション11の RV=t/t0による。
相対粘度(ηrel)は、100mLのm-クレゾール中に溶解された0.5gのポリマーの溶液について、20℃の温度で、DIN EN ISO 307によって測定された。相対粘度(RV)の計算は、スタンダードのセクション11の RV=t/t0による。
引張弾性率の測定は、ISO 527に従って、1mm/分の引張速度で、スタンダードISO 3167によるISO引張試験片、170×20/10×4mm寸法のタイプAで、温度23℃にて行われた。
引張強さと破断伸びの測定は、ISO 527に従って、5mm/分の引張速度で、スタンダードISO 3167によるISO引張試験片、170×20/10×4mm寸法のタイプAで、温度23℃にて行われた。
熱貯蔵は、換気され、電気加熱された単一チャンバー加熱キャビネット内で、IEC 60216-4-1に従って、230℃で、ISO引張試験片(スタンダード:ISO 3167、タイプA、170×20/10×4 mm)で実施された。表3及び4に示す時間の後、試験片は炉から取り出され、23℃まで冷却された後、上述した方法によって試験された。
Claims (16)
- 以下の組成を有するポリアミド成形材料:
(A)25〜84.99重量%の、50重量%以上のカプロラクタム量を有する少なくとも1種のカプロラクタム含有ポリアミド(A1)及び少なくとも1種のさらなるポリアミド(A2)、ここで、当該(A)は、10〜40重量%の少なくとも1種のカプロラクタム含有ポリアミド(A1)及び60〜90重量%の少なくとも1種のポリアミド(A2)から形成され、成分(A1)及び(A2)は合計100重量%になる;
(B)15〜70重量%の、少なくとも1種の充填強化剤;
(C)0.01〜5.0重量%の、少なくとも1種の、以下からなる群より選択されるランタノイド化合物:
−ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム及びルテチウムから選択されるランタノイドの、フッ化物、塩化物、臭化物、ヨウ化物、オキシハロゲン化物、硫酸塩、硝酸塩、リン酸塩、クロム酸塩、過塩素酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硫黄、セレン及びテルルから選択されるモノカルコゲニド、炭酸塩、水酸化物、酸化物、トリフルオロメタンスルホナート、アセチルアセトナート、アルコラート、2-エチルヘキサノエート;
−上述した塩の水和物;及び
−前述した化合物の混合物;
(D)0.01〜5.0重量%の、ランタノイド化合物(C)とは異なる少なくとも1種の熱安定剤であって、以下からなる群より選択されるもの:
a)一価もしくは二価の銅化合物;
b)芳香族第二級アミン系安定剤;
c)立体障害フェノール系安定剤;
d)ホスファイト及びホスホナイト;及び
e)それらの混合物;
(E)0〜20.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤
(成分(A)〜(E)は合計100重量%となる)。 - 前記ポリアミド(A2)が、PA 4T/4I、PA 4T/6I、PA 5T/5I、PA 6T/6I、PA 6T/6I/6、PA 6T/6、PA 6T/6I/66、PA 6T/MPDMT、PA 6T/66、PA 6T/610、PA 10T/612、PA 10T/106、PA 6T/612、PA 6T/10T、PA 6T/10I、PA 9T、PA 10T、PA 12T、PA 10T/10I、PA 10T/12、PA 10T/11、PA 6T/9T、PA 6T/12T、PA 6T/10T/6I、PA 6T/6I/6、PA 6T/6I/12及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される部分芳香族ポリアミドであるか、又は、PA 66、PA 46あるいはこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される脂肪族ポリアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種のポリアミド(A2)が、250〜340℃の範囲の融点、及び/又は、50〜140℃の範囲のガラス転移点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種のさらなるポリアミド(A2)が部分芳香族性であり、20℃にて100mLのm−クレゾール中0.5gポリアミド(A2)の溶液で測定した際、最大で2.6の溶媒粘度η rel を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種のさらなるポリアミド(A2)が、部分芳香族性であり、且つ、
a)ジカルボン酸であって、ジカルボン酸の総量に対して少なくとも50モル%のテレフタル酸を含むジカルボン酸
b)ジアミンであって、ジアミンの総量に対して、少なくとも80モル%の炭素原子数4〜18の脂肪族ジアミンを含むジアミン、及び
c)任意に、ラクタム及び/又はアミノカルボン酸
から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。 - 前記少なくとも1種のさらなるポリアミド(A2)が、部分芳香族性であり、且つ
a)ジカルボン酸の総量に対して、50〜100モル%のテレフタル酸及び/又はナフタレンジカルボン酸、及び、0〜50モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数6〜12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸、及び/又は、0〜50モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数8〜20の脂環式ジカルボン酸、及び/又は、0〜50モル%のイソフタル酸、
b)ジアミンの総量に対して、80〜100モル%の少なくとも1種の炭素原子数4〜18の脂肪族ジアミン、及び、0〜20モル%の少なくとも1種の脂環式ジアミン、及び/又は、0〜20モル%の少なくとも1種の芳香脂肪族ジアミン、及び、
c)0〜20モル%の、それぞれ炭素原子数6〜12のアミノカルボン酸及び/又はラクタム
から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種のカプロラクタム含有ポリアミド(A1)が、60重量%〜100重量%のカプロラクタム量を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種のカプロラクタム含有ポリアミド(A1)が、20℃にて100mLの96%硫酸中1.0gポリアミド(A1)の溶液で測定した際、1.6〜3.0の範囲の溶媒粘度η rel を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種の充填強化剤(B)が、以下からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料;
a)ガラスファイバー及び/又はカーボンファイバー、
b)粒子状のフィラー、及び/又は
c)それらの混合物。 - 前記(D)の一価もしくは二価の銅化合物が、一価もしくは二価の銅と無機もしくは有機酸あるいは一価もしくは二価のフェノールとの塩、一価もしくは二価の銅酸化物、又はアンモニア、アミン、アミド、ラクタム、シアン化物もしくはホスフィンと銅塩からなる錯化合物、からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱安定剤(D)の割合が、0.03〜3.0重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が、次亜リン酸、次リン酸塩及び二酸化セリウムを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が、周期表のVB、VIB、VIIB又はVIIIB族の遷移金属の金属塩及び/又は金属酸化物を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料から製造できる成形品。
- 自動車分野又は電気/電子分野のための部品の形態を有する、請求項14に記載の成形品。
- シリンダー・ヘッドカバー、エンジンカバー、給気冷却器用のハウジング、給気冷却器用バルブ、吸気管、吸気マニホールド、コネクタ、歯車、ベンチレーターホイール、冷却水タンク、熱交換器用のハウジングもしくはハウジング部材、冷却材冷却器、給気冷却器、サーモスタット、送水ポンプ、加熱装置、アタッチメント・パーツ、回路基板、回路基板の部品、ハウジング部品、フォイル、ライン、スイッチ、配電器、リレー、レジスタ、コンデンサ、コイル、ランプ、ダイオード、LED、トランジスタ、コネクタ、コントローラー、メモリ、及び/又はセンサーの形態を有する、請求項15に記載の成形品。
