Claims (11)
- ハウジングと;
前記ハウジング内に配置されるステイタと、前記ステイタに配置されたロータと、前記ロータに貫通挿入された回転軸とを含むモーター部と;
前記回転軸の一端に結合される内部ロータと、外部ロータとを含むポンプ部と;
前記回転軸の回転を支持する第1ベアリングと;
前記第1ベアリングと前記モーター部との間に配置されるシール部材と;を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記ポンプ部を収容するために一側面に形成される挿入溝と、前記モーター部を収容するために他側面に形成される溝部とを含み、
前記挿入溝の底面は、前記挿入溝と前記溝部との間に配置され、前記回転軸が貫通される貫通ホールを含み、
前記貫通ホールは、第1の直径を有する第1ホールと、第2の直径を有する第2ホールと、第3の直径を有する第3ホールとを含み、前記第2ホールは前記第1ホールと前記第3ホールに結合され、
前記第2の直径は、前記第1の直径よりも小さく前記第3の直径よりも大きく、
前記シール部材は前記第1ホールに配置され、前記第1ベアリングは前記第2ホールに配置され、
前記第3ホールは前記第3ホールの内壁と前記回転軸との間に配置される間隙を含み、
前記内部ロータは、前記挿入溝の前記底面と対向する前記内部ロータの表面に配置される溝を含み、
前記溝の直径は、前記第3の直径よりも大きい、
電動ポンプ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記挿入溝の底面に形成され、流体がポンピングされるメインチャネルを含み、前記メインチャネルは、前記ハウジングの外側に形成された流体吸入口及び流体排出口と連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記流体吸入口と前記メインチャネルを連結する吸入チャネルと、前記流体排出口と前記メインチャネルを連結する排出チャネルと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記メインチャネルは、前記吸入チャネルと連結される第1メインチャネルと、前記排出チャネルと連結される第2メインチャネルと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記シール部材の外径は、前記第1ベアリングの外径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記第1ベアリングの外径は、前記モーター部の外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングの一側面に結合され、前記ポンプ部を密閉させる第1カバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングの他側面に結合され、前記モーター部を密閉させる第2カバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記回転軸の他端に配置されたセンシング部を含み、前記センシング部は、前記第2カバーによってハウジングの内部に密閉されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記第2カバーの内側に配置され、前記モーター部を回転させる駆動部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電動ポンプ。
- 前記駆動部は、前記モーター部の端子と直接連結された回路基板を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電動ポンプ。
