Claims (5)
- 青色光を放出する青色発光素子と赤色光を放出する赤色発光素子とを含む光源部と、
前記光源部の上に配置され、前記青色発光素子及び前記赤色発光素子から離隔して配置され、少なくとも一つ以上の蛍光体を含む光励起部と、
前記光源部と電気的に連結され、前記青色発光素子及び前記赤色発光素子のオン/オフを制御する電源提供部と、
を含み、
前記電源提供部によって前記青色発光素子がオンになり、前記赤色発光素子がオフになると、前記光励起部から放出される光は、CIE 1931色度ダイアグラム上の特定領域内に配置され、
前記特定領域は3つの色座標をつなぐ領域であり、前記3つの色座標は(0.32、0.4)、(0.36、0.5)、及び(0.368、0.49)であり、
前記電源提供部によって前記青色発光素子及び前記赤色発光素子がオンになり、所定の駆動電流が前記電源提供部から前記赤色発光素子で提供されると、前記光励起部から放出される光は、CIE 1931色度ダイアグラム上の予め設定された目標色座標の範囲内に配置され、
前記光励起部の蛍光体は、537.5nmから542.5nmの範囲において中心波長を有する第2蛍光体と、547.5nmから552.5nmの範囲において中心波長を有する第3蛍光体と、を含み、
前記第2蛍光体のwt%は4.5以上7.5以下であり、
前記第3蛍光体のwt%は5.5以上8.5以下であり、
前記電源提供部から前記青色発光素子に印加される駆動電流は210mA以上230mA以下であり、前記赤色発光素子に印加される前記駆動電流は320mA以上340mA以下であり、
前記目標色座標の範囲はAnsi 3000Kである、照明装置。 - 前記青色発光素子は、430nmから480nmの範囲で中心波長を有し、
前記赤色発光素子は、600nmから650nmの範囲で中心波長を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光励起部の蛍光体は、557.5nmから562nmの範囲において中心波長を有する第1蛍光体を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記目標色座標の範囲は、前記CIE 1931色度ダイアグラム上の黒体輻射曲線上に位置するか、又は、前記黒体輻射曲線と隣接する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光源部が配置された放熱体をさらに含み、
前記電源提供部は、前記放熱体の下、又は、前記放熱体の内部に配置され、
前記放熱体は、前記電源提供部と前記光源部とを電気的に連結する導電性部材が配置されるホールを有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
