Claims (6)
- 医療用インプラントを配置するための移送装置であって、
ハンドル、
前記ハンドルの遠位端から延びるカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルは移送カテーテル及び前記移送カテーテル内に摺動可能に設けられたプッシャカテーテルを含む、カテーテル、
前記プッシャカテーテル及び前記移送カテーテルに取り付けられた駆動機構であって、操作ノブとねじが切られたシャフトを、前記操作ノブを回転すると前記ねじが切られたシャフトが軸方向に動くように備え、前記ねじが切られたシャフトが前記軸方向へ動くと、前記プッシャカテーテルと前記移送カテーテルの間の相対的な軸方向の動きが起こり、前記移送カテーテルは前記ねじが切られたシャフトの遠位端に固定されている、駆動機構、
前記操作ノブに付随したクイックリリース機構であって、前記クイックリリース機構は、前記ねじが切られたシャフトが回転することなく軸方向に動くことができるように前記駆動機構を解放する、クイックリリース機構、
を含み、
前記ねじが切られたシャフトは、前記ハンドル内に摺動可能に収容されており、
前記クイックリリース機構は前記操作ノブ上にボタン又はレバーを備え、前記ボタン又はレバーが操作されたときに、前記操作ノブは前記ねじが切られたシャフトのねじから外され、前記シャフトは回転することなく軸方向に摺動してプッシャカテーテルが移送カテーテル内へ退避される、
移送装置。 - 前記ハンドルに対して前記プッシャカテーテルを係止し、及び解放するための、プッシャカテーテルに付随した係止機構をさらに備える、請求項1記載の移送装置。
- 前記プッシャカテーテルに付随した複数の管腔内に並べられた複数のケーブルをさらに含み、前記ケーブルは前記移送装置にインプラントを解放可能に取り付ける、請求項1記載の移送装置。
- インプラント移送装置であって、
ハンドル、
前記ハンドル内に摺動可能に収容されており、前記ハンドルに対して軸方向に可動である親ねじ、
前記親ねじと関連して駆動するねじが切られたナットの組み合わせであって、
前記ハンドルに対して軸方向に固定されたノブ、
前記ノブ内に備えられたねじが切られたナット、
を含み、前記ノブの回転は前記ナットを前記親ねじに対して動かす、ねじが切られたナットの組み合わせ、
クイックリリース機構であって、前記親ねじのねじ構造から前記ねじが切られたナットを解放して前記親ねじを軸方向に摺動させることが可能である、
クイックリリース機構、
を含む、インプラント移送装置。 - 前記クイックリリース機構がボタンを備える、請求項4記載の移送装置。
- 前記ボタンが前記ノブの上に配置されている、請求項5記載の移送装置。
