Claims (7)
- ピストンが固定されるピストンロッドの一端、および、クランクシャフトに連結される連接棒の一端がクロスヘッドを介して接続され、該クロスヘッドが該ピストンのストローク方向に往復移動するクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置であって、
前記ピストンのストローク方向に、該ピストンおよび前記クロスヘッドと一体に往復移動する本体部材と、
前記本体部材に形成され、作動油の供給源に接続される導入ポート、および、作動油の供給先に接続される吐出ポートに連通し、該導入ポートから該本体部材に導かれた作動油を昇圧して該吐出ポートから吐出する昇圧室と、
一端が前記本体部材の外方に位置し、他端を該本体部材の内部で前記昇圧室に臨ませ、前記ピストンのストローク方向に交差する方向に摺動するプランジャと、
前記プランジャの摺動方向に前記本体部材から離隔して配され、該本体部材との離隔距離が第1の距離であって、前記昇圧室側への前記プランジャの押し込み量が第1押し込み量となる第1押圧部と、該第1押圧部と前記ストローク方向の位置を異にし、該本体部材との離隔距離が該第1の距離よりも小さい第2の距離であって、該昇圧室側への該プランジャの押し込み量が該第1押し込み量よりも大きい第2押し込み量となる第2押圧部と、を有し、該プランジャが該第1押圧部から該第2押圧部へ移動する過程で、該プランジャを前記昇圧室側へ押し込むプランジャ押圧部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とするクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。 - 前記本体部材は、前記クロスヘッドに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。
- 前記プランジャ押圧部材は、前記プランジャの一端を押し込む曲面状もしくは直線状の傾斜面を備え、該傾斜面は、前記第1押圧部から前記第2押圧部まで、前記本体部材との離隔距離が漸減することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。
- 前記プランジャ押圧部材は、前記昇圧室における作動油の昇圧作用が可能となる昇圧位置から、該昇圧室における作動油の昇圧作用が不可能となる退避位置まで作動することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。
- 前記プランジャは、前記昇圧室を挟んで前記摺動方向に互いに離隔して1対設けられ、
前記昇圧室には、前記1対のプランジャを互いに離隔する方向に付勢力を作用させる弾性部材が設けられ、
前記プランジャ押圧部材は、前記1対のプランジャそれぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。 - 前記本体部材には、前記導入ポートから前記昇圧室への作動油の流れを許容し、該昇圧室から該導入ポートへの作動油の流れを抑止する第1逆止弁、および、該昇圧室から前記吐出ポートへの作動油の流れを許容し、該吐出ポートから該昇圧室への作動油の流れを抑止する第2逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のクロスヘッド型エンジンの油圧発生装置。
- 前記請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧発生装置を備えることを特徴とするクロスヘッド型エンジン。
