Claims (12)
- 車両の開放可能なサイドウインドウ用の加熱可能な合せサイド板ガラスであって、上縁(O)、下縁(U)、前縁(V)および後縁(H)を有しており、
少なくとも、熱可塑性の中間層(3)を介して互いに結合された外板ガラス(1)と内板ガラス(2)、および前記外板ガラス(1)と前記内板ガラス(2)との間に配置された、透明で加熱可能なコーティング(4)を有しており、該コーティング(4)は、第1の電流母線(5)と第2の電流母線(6)とを介して電気的に接触接続されており、かつ前記コーティング(4)は、各前記電流母線(5,6)間を流れる加熱電流の案内用に、少なくとも1つのコーティング除去された絶縁線(8)を有しており、該絶縁線(8)は、前記各電流母線(5,6)間に延在しており、
前記第1の電流母線(5)および前記第2の電流母線(6)は、前記前縁(V)または前記後縁(H)に沿って配置されており、
前記第1の電流母線(5)は前記前縁(V)に沿って配置されており、前記第2の電流母線(6)は前記後縁(H)に沿って配置されており、
加熱出力が前記後縁(H)から前記前縁(V)に向かって、少なくとも部分的に増大している、合せサイド板ガラス。 - 隣り合う各前記絶縁線(8)の間隔は、前記後縁(H)から前記前縁(V)にかけて少なくとも部分的に、最大間隔55mm〜110mmから最小間隔10mm〜55mmへ減少している、請求項1記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記縁部に沿って配置された前記各電流母線(5,6)の、前記縁部に対する最大間隔は3cm未満、好適には2.5cm未満、特に好適には2cm未満である、請求項1または2記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記縁部に沿って配置された前記各電流母線(5,6)の、前記縁部に対する最小間隔は3mmより大きく、好適には5mmより大きい、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記加熱可能なコーティング(4)は、前記外板ガラス(1)または前記内板ガラス(2)の、前記中間層(3)に面した側の表面(II,III)に設けられているか、または前記中間層(3)内のポリマ担体フィルムに設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記加熱可能なコーティング(4)は、少なくとも銀を含有しかつ10nm〜50nmの厚さを有する少なくとも1つの導電層、好適には2つまたは3つの導電層を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記加熱可能なコーティング(4)は、線幅が500μm以下、好適には10μm〜250μm、特に好適には20μm〜150μmの複数の絶縁線(8)を有しており、隣り合う前記絶縁線(8)の間隔は1cm〜10cm、好適には2cm〜6cmである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記電流母線(5,6)は、好適には銅を含む導電性フィルムのストリップとして形成されているか、または好適には銀粒子を含む、焼き付けられたスクリーン印刷ペーストとして形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 前記電流母線(5,6)の幅は1mm〜20mm、好適には2mm〜10mmである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 双方の前記電流母線(5,6)は、それぞれ供給線路(7)と電気的に接続されており、これらの供給線路(7)は、前記下縁(U)に向かって延在しており、各前記供給線路(7)の、前記電流母線(5,6)とは反対の側の端部は、30mm以下、好適には20mm以下、特に好適には20mmの相互間隔を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラス。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の加熱可能な合せサイド板ガラスの製造方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)前記外板ガラス(1)、前記内板ガラス(2)、および前記中間層(3)を準備し、
(b)前記外板ガラス(1)または前記内板ガラス(2)の前記表面(II,III)、または前記担体フィルム上に前記加熱可能なコーティング(4)を設け、
(c)該加熱可能なコーティング(4)に前記絶縁線(8)を形成し、
(d)前記加熱可能なコーティング(4)を、前記電流母線(5,6)を介して接触接続させ、
(e)前記外板ガラス(1)と前記内板ガラス(2)との間に前記中間層(3)を配置し、
(f)前記外板ガラス(1)を、前記中間層(3)を介して前記内板ガラス(2)と貼り合わせることにより結合する
ことを含む、合せサイド板ガラスの製造方法。 - 陸上、航空、または水中交通用の移動手段、特に自動車に用いられる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のサイド板ガラスの使用。
