Claims (6)
- 少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとの2つのゾーンに分割された二酸化炭素吸着ロータと、少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとパージゾーンの3つに分割された湿気吸着ロータとを有し、外気をプレクーラで冷却除湿して前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンに通過させ、前記吸着ゾーンを通過した空気をインタークーラで冷却して、前記インタークーラを通過した空気の一部を分岐し、前記湿気吸着ロータのパージゾーンに送るようにし、残りの一部を前記湿気吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンに送り、前記湿気吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過した空気をアフタークーラで温度調整して供給空気として供給先に供給し、前記供給先からの還気を前記プレクーラを通過した空気と混合し、前記インタークーラを通過した空気の一部を分岐し、前記湿気吸着ロータのパージゾーンを通過させ再生ヒータで加熱して前記湿気吸着ロータの再生ゾーンに通し、前記湿気吸着ロータの再生ゾーンを通過した空気と一部外気とを混合させた後、再生ヒータで加熱して前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの再生ゾーンに通し、前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの再生ゾーンを通過した空気を装置外へ排気するようにしたことを特徴とする除湿空調装置。
- 前記プレクーラのヒートポンプの凝縮器を前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの再生ヒータとしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿空調装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータとして、無機系バインダー或いは酢酸ビニル系やアクリル系などの有機系バインダーを使って、アミン担持固体吸収剤が担持されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2記載の除湿空調装置。
- 少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとパージゾーンの3つのゾーンに分割された二酸化炭素吸着ロータと、少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとパージゾーンの3つに分割された湿気吸着ロータとを有し、外気をプレクーラで冷却除湿して、前記プレクーラを通過した空気の一部を分岐し、前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータのパージゾーンに送るようにし、残りの一部を前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンに通過させ、前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過した空気をインタークーラで冷却して、前記インタークーラを通過した空気の一部を分岐し、前記湿気吸着ロータのパージゾーンに送るようにし、残りの一部を前記湿気吸着ロータの吸着ゾーンに通過させアフタークーラで温度調整して供給空気として供給先に供給し、前記湿気吸着ロータのパージゾーンを通過させた空気を再生ヒータで加熱して前記湿気吸着ロータの再生ゾーンに通し、前記湿気吸着ロータの再生ゾーンを通過した空気と一部外気と前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータのパージゾーンを通過した空気とを混合させた後、再生ヒータで加熱して前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの再生ゾーンに通し、前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの再生ゾーンを通過した空気を装置外へ排気するようにしたことを特徴とする除湿空調装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータとして、無機系バインダーを使って、Ceの酸化物からなる二酸化炭素捕捉材が担持されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の除湿空調装置。
- 前記湿気吸着ロータとして、−10℃D.P.以下の露点域では湿気と同時に二酸化炭素も吸着することを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の除湿空調装置。
