Claims (3)
- 先行列車が線路上の各閉塞を進出するときの各予定時刻での前記各閉塞における自列車の制限速度を算出するための第1情報が記憶された記憶部と、
前記各予定時刻を示す第2情報を前記先行列車から取得し、前記第1情報および前記第2情報に基づいて前記制限速度を算出し、前記制限速度に基づいて、自列車が次の停車駅までの各閉塞に進入する各タイミングで前記自列車の速度が前記制限速度を超えるのを回避し、かつ前記次の停車駅までの各閉塞を最速で走行するための走行計画を作成し、前記走行計画に基づいて前記自列車を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記次の停車駅までの各閉塞のうちの第1閉塞を最速で走行するための最速走行計画を作成し、前記自列車が前記第1閉塞の次の第2閉塞に進入する第1タイミングで前記第2閉塞における制限速度が第1速度から第2速度に変化する場合には、前記第1タイミングでの前記自列車の速度が前記第2速度以下になるように前記最速走行計画を修正し、前記第1タイミングで前記第2閉塞における制限速度が前記第1速度のまま変化しない場合には、前記第1タイミングでの前記自列車の速度が前記第1速度以下になるように前記最速走行計画を修正するという処理を、前記次の停車駅までの各閉塞について繰り返すことにより、前記次の停車駅までの走行計画を作成するように構成されている、列車制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1タイミングでの前記自列車の速度が前記第1タイミングでの前記第2閉塞における制限速度を超える場合、前記第1閉塞の走行計画に含まれる、前記自列車が定速で走行することを示す定速部分、または既に1度力行した前記自列車が再度力行することを示す再力行部分の少なくとも一部を、前記自列車が惰行することを示す惰行部分に置き換えることにより、前記最速走行計画を修正するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の列車制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記定速部分または前記再力行部分を前記惰行部分に置き換えても前記第1タイミングでの前記自列車の速度が前記第1タイミングでの前記第2閉塞における前記制限速度を超える場合、前記惰行部分の少なくとも一部を、前記自列車が減速することを示す減速部分に置き換えることにより、前記最速走行計画をさらに修正するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の列車制御装置。
