Claims (4)
- 高圧レギュレータに適用される安全弁であって、
高圧レギュレータのボディーに設けられた弁ポートに結合されるガイド本体と、
前記ガイド本体の上端部に結合され、前記弁ポートを閉鎖した状態であって燃料の圧力が過圧状態であるときには、前記弁ポートを開放する弁体と、
前記弁体の内部に設けられ、前記弁体に弾性力を供する下ばねと、
前記ガイド本体の下部に結合され、前記弁体の開放動作時に燃料を放出する放出配管とを含み、
前記高圧レギュレータ用安全弁は、高圧レギュレータ内で過圧が発生すると、燃料を放出させて過圧を解消するリリーフ弁の機能と、前記高圧レギュレータ用安全弁が、前記ボディーから分離して、高圧レギュレータ内の燃料を放出するパージ弁の機能とを統合的に提供することを特徴とする高圧レギュレータ用安全弁であり、
更に、前記放出配管が前記ガイド本体から完全に分離することを防止する分離防止ピンを含み、
前記分離防止ピンは、前記ガイド本体の一側面を貫通して設けられ、
前記分離防止ピンの内側端は、前記放出配管の上端部に形成された環状リブと中央部の間に形成された移動空間に挿入され、
前記放出配管がガイド本体から分離可能な距離は、前記移動空間の高さに制限されることを特徴とする高圧レギュレータ用安全弁。 - 前記下ばねの下端は、前記ガイド本体に結合した前記放出配管の上端に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧レギュレータ用安全弁。
- 更に、前記放出配管の下端部に結合される配管キャップを含み、
前記配管キャップは、過圧発生時に過圧状態の燃料を放出するように、所定の圧力以上になると、前記放出配管から分離可能に結合され、
前記配管キャップが前記放出配管から分離している状態であるか否によって、燃料が過圧発生状態であるか否かの検査が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の高圧レギュレータ用安全弁。 - 前記配管キャップは、一端が前記放出配管の外周面に結合され、他端が前記配管キャップに連結された連結部材により、前記放出配管に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高圧レギュレータ用安全弁。
