Claims (6)
- モル%で、La2O3 35〜55%、Gd2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+Y2O3+Yb2O3+TiO2 0〜50%(ただし0%を含まない)、Nb 2 O 5 0〜15%、Ta 2 O 5 0〜15%、SiO 2 2〜40%、及び、SiO2+B2O3 2〜60%を含有し、屈折率(nd)が1.85以上、アッベ数(νd)が30以上であり、直径が5mm以上であることを特徴とする光学ガラス。
- モル%で、Gd2O3 0〜30%、Y 2O3 0〜30%、Yb2O3 0〜30%、及び、TiO2 0〜15%からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ガラス。
- さらに、モル%で、ZrO2 0〜25%、Al2O3 0〜25%、及び、GeO2 0〜10%からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学ガラス。
- さらに、モル%で、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、BaO 0〜10%、及び、ZnO 0〜10%からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光学ガラス。
- 屈折率(nd)が1.85〜2.05、アッベ数(νd)が30〜47であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の光学ガラス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光学ガラスを製造するための方法であって、
成形型の成形面の上方にガラス原料を浮遊させて保持した状態で、前記ガラス原料を加熱融解させて溶融ガラスを得た後に、前記溶融ガラスを冷却することによりガラス材を得る工程を備えることを特徴とする、光学ガラスの製造方法。
