c)前記第2ガラス板(14)を、前記スペーサ(I)の前記第2のガラス板接触面(2.2)に被着し、
d)前記ガラス板(13,14,15)と前記スペーサ(I)とから成るガラス板配列体を互いにプレスする
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 最初に前記スペーサ(I)を、一辺において開放している方形に事前成形し、
前記第3ガラス板(15)を前記スペーサ(I)の溝(6)に嵌め込んで、前記ガラス板の他の端面をスペーサ(I)によって塞ぐ、
