また、本発明に係る蓄電装置は、前記電池モジュールはコネクタ取り付けパネルを備え、前記コネクタ取り付けパネルは、前記電池モジュールに対して変位可能に取り付けられ、前記コネクタは、前記コネクタ取り付けパネルに対して変位可能に取り付けられる。
これら第1端側突状ガイド部材870、及び、第2端側突状ガイド部材872は、凸部が長手方向に連続するような構造であり、後述するレール部材における凹状ガイド部材1145に、これらをスライドさせることで、本発明に係る電池モジュール1000を蓄電装置1200の筐体に収容することが可能となる。
Claims (13)
- 複数の下部ガイド部材を有する底板と、
前記底板の上方に配され、前記下部ガイド部材と対向する複数の上部ガイド部材を有する天板と、
前記底板と前記天板との間に配され、互いに対向する第1側板と第2側板と、
前記第1側板と前記第2側板との間に配され、複数のコネクタを有する背面板と、
前記下部ガイド部材と前記上部ガイド部材の間に挿通され、前記背面板のコネクタと嵌合するコネクタを有する電池モジュールと、
前記第1側板と前記第2側板との間に配され、前記第1側板と前記第2側板とに固定されると共に、前記電池モジュールを押圧する押さえ板と、を有し、
前記電池モジュールは、前記下部ガイド部材と前記上部ガイド部材にガイドされて脱着し、
前記押さえ板は、前記背面板の前記コネクタと前記電池モジュールが嵌合する方向に、前記電池モジュールを押圧する蓄電装置。 - 前記押さえ板は、前記底板には接触しないように配される請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、前記天板には接触しないように配される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、前記底板と前記天板の中間の仮想面が横切るように配置され、
前記仮想面は、前記底板と前記天板に平行であり、前記底板と前記天板との間を二等分する面である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記押さえ板は、前記底板と前記天板の中間の仮想面が横切るように配置され、
前記仮想面は、前記電池モジュールの上下方向の重心を通る面である請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記電池モジュールはコネクタ取り付けパネルを備え、
前記コネクタ取り付けパネルは、前記電池モジュールに対して変位可能に取り付けられ、
前記コネクタは、前記コネクタ取り付けパネルに対して変位可能に取り付けられる請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記押さえ板がステンレス製である請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、前記第1側板と前記第2側板とに対してボルトとナットにより固定される請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記底板には通風開口部が配される請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記天板には通風開口部が配される請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1側板と前記第2側板には通風開口部が配される請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電池モジュールが複数の単位電池からなる請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記単位電池が、正極と負極とをセパレータを介して積層した電極積層体と、前記電極積層体と電解液を収容するラミネートフィルム外装材とを有するリチウムイオン二次電池である請求項12に記載の蓄電装置。
