Claims (2)
- 車両であって、
複数の燃料電池セルを積層したセルスタックと、該セルスタックの少なくとも一方端部に配設されたエンドプレートとを有する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池セルが水平方向に積層される搭載姿勢で、前記燃料電池を車両床下領域に搭載する車両側スタックフレームとを備え、
前記エンドプレートは前記燃料電池セルより大きく、少なくともエンドプレート下端は、前記搭載姿勢における下方向に前記燃料電池セルより突出しており、かつ車両走行路面の側で、前記車両側スタックフレームから鉛直上方に所定距離だけ離間されており、
該車両側スタックフレームは、
前記燃料電池セルの積層方向に沿って前記エンドプレートの側から前記セルスタックの他方端部の側に架設され、
前記燃料電池は、ロアカバーを含む燃料電池ケースに収納され、前記車両側スタックフレームより前記燃料電池が上方に維持された状態で、車両側スタックフレームに固定され、
前記エンドプレート下端と前記車両側スタックフレームとの最短距離が、前記エンドプレートに接する位置に設けられた燃料電池用補機と前記車両側スタックフレームとの最短距離よりも小さい
車両。 - 前記セルスタックの積層方向から見た前記エンドプレートの外郭は、同積層方向から見た前記燃料電池用補機の外郭より大きい請求項1に記載の車両。
