Claims (13)
- i.第1の作業アームと、ii.第2の作業アームと、iii.ブレード電極とを含む鉗子と、
1つ以上のヒートシンクと、
を備える電気外科装置であって、
当該電気外科装置が、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方を通る第1の治療電流を送給するための第1の電気構成と、前記ブレード電極を通る第2の治療電流を送給するための第2の電気構成とに切り替えられることができ、
前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方の中にヒートパイプを含み、
前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方の中の前記ヒートパイプは、前記1つ以上のヒートシンクとそれぞれ連通し、
さらに、当該電気外科装置は流体排出導管を含み、当該流体排出導管を通って移動する流体が、前記1つ以上のヒートシンクから熱を取り除くように、前記1つ以上のヒートシンクが、前記1つ以上のヒートシンクと接触している熱交換面を含む、
電気外科装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方中の前記ヒートパイプが、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方の先端の中に、またはその近くに延びている遠位端と、前記鉗子の中央部分の中に、またはその近くに延びている近位端とを含むことを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記流体排出導管が、前記ブレード電極と連通していることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記1つ以上のヒートシンクが、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方に含まれていることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項4に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方の前記1つ以上のヒートシンクが、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方の中の前記ヒートパイプの近位端に接続されていることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項4に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記流体排出導管が、使用中、煙と空気の一方または両方を前記鉗子から離れる方向に取り除き、熱が、前記ヒートシンクから放散されるように、使用中、前記ヒートシンクを横断して空気を移動させるように構成されることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記ブレード電極が、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームとの間に延びるとき、前記ブレード電極が、前記ヒートパイプの冷却効果から遮蔽されるように、前記ブレード電極は、断熱部を含むことを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 近位端および遠位端を有する1つ以上のアームと、
前記1つ以上のアームの前記遠位端の1つ以上の電極と、
電気外科装置を使用する間、1つ以上の流体排出導管が、前記電気外科装置から離れる方向に煙と空気の一方または両方を移動させるように、前記1つ以上のアームに近接して位置付けられる1つ以上の流体排出導管と、
前記1つ以上のアームと前記1つ以上の電極の一方または両方に接続される1つ以上の熱伝導部材と、
前記1つ以上の熱伝導部材と前記1つ以上の流体排出導管との間に位置付けられる1つ以上の熱交換面と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気外科装置。 - 請求項8に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記熱伝導部材が、ヒートパイプであることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項8または9に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記1つ以上の熱交換面を含むヒートシンクを含むことを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記電気外科装置が鉗子であり、前記1つ以上のアームが、第1の作業アームおよび第2の作業アームであり、前記電気外科装置が、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームとの間に延びるブレード電極を含み、
前記電気外科装置が、前記第1の作業アームと前記第2の作業アームの一方または両方を通る第1の治療電流を送給する第1の電気構成と、前記ブレード電極を通る第2の治療電流を送給する第2の電気構成とに切り替えられることができることを特徴とする電気外科装置。 - 請求項11に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記1つ以上の流体排出導管が、前記ブレード電極と連通していることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
- 請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科装置であって、前記1つ以上のアームが、ヒートシンクと連通しており、前記ヒートシンクが、前記熱伝導部材と前記流体排出導管との間に位置付けられることを特徴とする電気外科装置。
